Main duties:
- Participate in brand strategy and portfolio development of brand.
- Lead the category development: portfolio management, pipeline development, NPI launches.
- Own brand P&L and price positioning of assigned portfolio.
- Develop and implement BTL and Customer activities, promos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management and Supply Chain.
- Brief, collaborate and manage creative& design agencies
- Analyze and report key Brand KPIs on monthly basis.
- Plan and control of marketing budget.
·Main requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in FMCG companies.
- ATL/BTL activation experience (will be an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions (Nielsen, HH panels, Brand health trackers etc).
- The ability to influence others to drive progress and performance.
- Proactive and inventive mind, curiosity, and can-do attitude.
- Good command of English language (both speaking and writing).
