Main duties:

  • Participate in brand strategy and portfolio development of brand.
  • Lead the category development: portfolio management, pipeline development, NPI launches.
  • Own brand P&L and price positioning of assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and implement BTL and Customer activities, promos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management and Supply Chain.
  • Brief, collaborate and manage creative& design agencies
  • Analyze and report key Brand KPIs on monthly basis.
  • Plan and control of marketing budget.

·Main requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in FMCG companies.
  • ATL/BTL activation experience (will be an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions (Nielsen, HH panels, Brand health trackers etc).
  • The ability to influence others to drive progress and performance.
  • Proactive and inventive mind, curiosity, and can-do attitude.
  • Good command of English language (both speaking and writing).
