Brand & Marketing Associate
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate to support content creation, brand consistency, and lead generation efforts for Memtech Acoustics. This role is ideal for someone who can execute consistently, maintain strict brand standards, and drive measurable marketing outcomes across content, outreach, and events.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for executing brand and marketing initiatives with a strong focus on consistency, engagement, and measurable performance. This includes content production, LinkedIn growth, outreach campaigns, and coordinating targeted events. Precision in brand voice and disciplined execution are critical.
What You'll Be Doing
* Publish a minimum of 8 brand-aligned content pieces per month (LinkedIn, blog, newsletters)
* Grow LinkedIn page followers by 25% year-over-year (tracked monthly)
* Coordinate and execute 3 lunch-and-learn events per quarter for target audiences
* Build engagement with at least 25 target AEC accounts per quarter (architects, GCs, etc.)
* Generate 5 qualified inbound leads per quarter through marketing initiatives
* Maintain 100% brand voice compliance across all content
* Launch and manage at least 2 Apollo.io outreach sequences per quarter
* Track performance metrics across platforms (GoHighLevel, analytics tools)
* Collaborate with internal team and contribute to marketing strategy execution
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, or brand-related roles
* Strong writing skills with strict attention to brand voice and detail
* Ability to execute consistently and meet performance targets
* Organized and process-driven with strong follow-through
* Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
* Experience tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
* Experience in AEC, construction, engineering, or technical services industries
* Familiarity with Apollo.io, GoHighLevel, or similar tools
* Experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
* Design skills (Canva, Adobe) and/or video editing
* Knowledge of SEO and analytics
* Experience with AI tools for content workflows
* Podcast production or coordination experience
