Bots.Business - How to remove my Account?

To remove your Bots.Business account, follow these steps:

1. Compose an email to hello@bots.business with the subject line "Account Removal."
2. Ensure the email is sent from the account associated with your registration.
3. Await a verification email with instructions, which will be sent to you promptly.
4. Respond to the verification email with the word "confirm."
5. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.

Data Deletion Process:

Upon account deletion, the following data will be removed:

• Account details (email, password)
• All associated bots, including:Commands (with codes)
• Chats
• Properties
• Errors
• Installed libraries

Please note:

• Small bots will be deleted within 14 days of the account removal request and confirmation.
• For large bots with significant chat activity, the deletion process may take up to 3 months after confirmation.
