Отзывы об отеле Riva Mui Ne Resort в городе Фантьет, Вьетнам. еда в кафешках, пиво, но не бухали до такой степени чтоб бошка гудела), фена, но во стоило $85 в сутки, может быть такая цена из-за новогодних праздников.
Уютное место на берегу моря. Пляжа конечно мало, но есть небольшой бассейн и дойти до ближайшего пляжа пару минут. Бассейн глубиной с 1 метра до 1,8 м. Не для маленьких детей. Небольшая уютная террасса с выходом к бассейну, со столиком и стульчиками. Отзывчивый персонал, завтрак на выбор из меню. На рецепшине выстрелила очень доброжелательная девушка, сразу заселили. Завтраки блюдо на выбор из меню и плюс то, что стоит у них на столе. Чистый бассейн с комфортной водичкой в закрывают. Просила утюг- принесли. Отдыхали зимой в году в конце февраля - начале марта. Хороший отель в плане расположения и завтраков, номера средней паршивости, но для бюджетного отдыха вполне подойдут. К персоналу нареканий не было, кроме одной девушки-менеджера. Которая постоянно косячила. Расскажу о происшествии случившемся с нами: нам видимо не повезло и мы часто попадали с различного вида просьбами к непрофессиональному менеджеру. Но и после этого наши 'приключения' не закончились. За день до выезда мы узнали у этого менеджера насчет трансфера в Хошимин, она сказала что узнает у какого-то своей друга таксиста о стоимости трансфера. Узнав стоимость мы решили забронироваться в русском турагентстве, отказавшись от услуг её таксиста. Поздно вечером она постучалась к нам в номер и сказала что забронировала трансфер : и если мы его не оплатим, то якобы его вычтут из её ЗП. В общем получилась довольно бредовая ситуация с долгим разбирательством по телефону, на утро когда мы выселялись дежурила другая девушка, и она вместе с нами посмеялась над ситуацией. Но в целом мнение о персонале было сильно испорчено благодаря той особе. В МуйНе отдыхаем не первый раз. Данный курорт подразумевает активный отдых, то есть нахождение в отеле - минимально. Поэтому, если Вы любитель активного отдыха и не собираетесь проводить все время в отеле, то это место для Вас! Маленький, но очень уютный. Небольшая территория, но зеленая и со своим выходом на пляж. Из окна открывается потрясающий вид. Персонал отель отличный, обслуживание ненавязчивое, но очень отзывчивое. Хороший небольшой отель, с заселением проблем не возникло отдал ваучер от Агоды, паспорта и нас, предварительно объяснив минимальные правила, тут же проводили в номер. Номера небольшие, но мы и не собирались там все время проводить, так переночевать и повалятся пару часиков после обеда, когда солнце совсем уж жарит. В номерах нет ТВ мне он и дома побоку, а вот жена первые пару дней страдала, пришлось установить ей Ангри Бердс : , холодильника правда что там хранить, фрукты каждый день покупали свежие, еда в кафешках, пиво, но не бухали до такой степени чтоб бошка гудела , фена, но во время нашего пребывания отель взяли в аренду вьетнамцы и сдвиги в этом вопросе наметились в лучшую сторону. Из общения с новым владельцем узнал, что ТВ и холодильники будут ставить в ближайшее время. Завтраки скудноваты, булочки, джем, масло, сок, фрукт, кофе, нам хватало до обеда, правда что будет при новом владельце не известно. Особо отмечу персонал, очень дружелюбны, но это похоже общая черта всей нации, почти все обладают минимальным английским, понять друг друга можно. В номерах прибирают каждый день, полотенца меняли тоже каждый день, не смотря на просьбу бросать на пол если хочешь чтоб заменили, не бросили ни разу. БоКе в 10 минутах прогулочного шага, ходили туда каждый вечер ужинать. В общем за все дни прибывания получали от отеля только положительные эмоции. В номере местами обшарпаны стены и потолок, но в принципе чисто. Персонал приветливый. Собственный выход в море. В низкий сезон до 9 утра можно купаться, т. Чистый бассейн. У отеля не оборудован должным образом подход к морю. В период отлива приходится прыгать с каменных ступеней на песок с высоты в 1. Ступеньки не очищают от водорослей, в связи с чем спускаться по ним очень опасно. В соседних 3-звездочных отелях ступени заходят в море на 2 метра дальше и на них делают резиновый настил. Персонал отеля совершенно не интересует каким образом гости могут купаться в море. Тоже ничего хорошего не принесло. В Бунгало и Делюкс одинаково небольшая площадь, сама комната примерно 12 метров , из-за этого не возможно было находиться в комнате с выключенным кондиционером, сразу становилось душно. Подушки высокие и жесткие, очень не удобные. Рядом идет стройка другого отеля, утром все начиналось с долбежки перфоратора в 7. Шумоизоляция в номере никакая, с одной стороны слышно море, с другой улицу. В номере мало лампочек, вечером очень не хватало света. Собственная территория очень маленькая. Отель далеко не тянет и на 3-три звезды. Перерасчет за смену номеров не сделали. Кто хочет испортить себе отдых, милости просим в этот отель. Незадолго до нашего отдыха в этом отеле он сменил собственника и название. В номерах появились холодильники и ТВ. Отель приятный на вид, номера в хорошем состоянии, чистые, территория ухожена, персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Завтраки не шикарные, но вполне терпимые. Но на наш взгяд, есть и отрицательные моменты. Мы бронировали бунгало с видом на океан - рассчитывали, что у нас будет собственный кусочек пляжа, и можно будет кататься на кайте прямо от отеля. По приезду оказалось, что наше бунгало стоит не на пляже, а на бетонной набережной высотой 2 метра, к воде спуск по ступенькам. Волны бьют по этой бетонной конструкции, от чего бунгало трясется. Иногда океан отступает, и появляется полоска песка метра между водой и этой бетонной стеной, но пляжем это никак не назовешь. Поэтому на пляж мы ездили каждый день туда где он широкий и где расположены все кайт-школы, а это около 2 км от отеля хорошо что с первого дня взяли в прокат мотобайк. В принципе если просто позагорать, то необязательно ездить за 2 км, можно просто пройти метров , но если кататься, то придется ездить. Также не очень порадовал бассейн - он очень маленький, и мы почти не проводили там время. А еще мы прошлись по другим отелям, посмотрели расположение и цены. Вывод: впечатления в целом положительные, жить можно, но не за эти деньги и если не напрягают прогулки до нормального пляжа. Нам с мужем очень понравилось, персонал очень приветливый, хорошо говорит по-английски. Милые номера. В море купаться очень удобно по утрам. Тихий отель, расположен рядом с кафе, тур фирмами, в шаговой доступности несколько школ обученя кайтсерфингу. Good budget location. They did however, provide lounge chairs. Motorbike was rented from them, okay - good enough for one day. Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooms, pool, and lobby areas. The buffet had over a dozen dishes, egg station, soup station, fresh fruits, loads of juice and sweets to try. Staffs are super friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. The place is small and a bit old but very clean and cozy. Worth for money. We had a good time at the resort, all friends are loved it. Cant complain about the beach because look seem dirty everywhere so we just spent time at the pool. Good location to go to the restaurants, coffee shop and the bar. Thank you! We had a bungalow for 5 people not very spacious but ok. Breakfast is great, home made and one can choose from different meals. One day the beach was completely littered with plastic and other rubbish. The hotel is very simple, simple breakfast, simple rooms but a very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a area, with lot of tourists. I would recommand to rent a bike, motobike etc. The hotel is fine, if you just want to spend the day by the pool. The rooms are great, pool is clean, beds on the beach front and an adequate breakfast but there was just one problem The staff had not updated the price in the mini bar so when we checked out our bill was double because of 'new prices' we had to argue to get it half and left us with a bitter taste in our mouth over something so easily fixable. Would stay again. Had one issue upon arrival. We were ' up graded ' as they were full. Give a bungalow room. Sounded good, but not. Bed in middle of room and no access to balcony. Had too go around bungalow to use the balcony. But it was a shared one with another bungalow. Got moved to what we booked and all good. Later saw family of six using what was suppose to be our shared balcony.. Get what you book and good place to stay. Beautiful sea view and pool view, good breakfast, also they has a cute spotted dog, the reception speak good English and help us to rent the motorcycle, also gave us a lot of useful and helpful information. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that they would upgrade my room instead of the smaller one I booked because they still have bigger rooms left, and they want me to have a better stay. Pool was excellent and clean, the staff were very friendly and restuarnts great. The beach was also very good. In order to swim, I need to walk 2 km from hotel. Hower, this hotel is good for funny at night, there are many bars and restaurants near there. I have a nice dinner in restaurant in front of hotel. We enjoy the stay in Mui ne. The wave was a bit strong so we were not dare to swim with small kids. But we enjoyed play in the pool. The early tour to visit the white and the red sand dunes was worth to do. Very beautiful. Good seafood. Lazing around the pool,strolling to nearby restaurants with live music was the way to go after flights from Sydney with direct five and half road transfer to Mui Ne. Zenora staff organised our transfers with the minimum of fuss via email just the day or so before we left Sydney. The whole way between Ho Chi Minh Airport and Mui Ne were road works with just one lane heading north and one lane heading south. Trucks, buses, motor bikes, cars and bicycles all shared the one lane which became somewhat scary at times helping to keep us awake. I booked beach front bungalow for my family. We had a relaxing and pleansant night here at Zenora Beach Resort. Our bungalow was right in front of the beach, it was clean and tidy with 2 bathrooms in it. Staffs here were friendly and helpful. I contacted one of the staff via email and requested her to book the bus ticket back to Ho Chi Minh for us and she was more than helpful with all the bus ticket and also the touring trip information. She also managed to provide us early breakfast as we have to leave very early in the next morning before usual breakfast time. For touring tips, there are a lot of local touring agency around the location. However, I suggest that you may ask the front desk at the hotel to arrange it for you. I found that the hotel can manage to give you a private jeep for sanddune tour while you get the non-private group in a mini-van from these agency. The bus ticket that hotel arranged for me was also way more cheaper. We stayed at the Zenora Beach Resort over Christmas and had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are some much cheaper hotels along the strip but this is a nice hotel right on the beach. For the time of year we were there, there was only sea and no sand but it was still nice to swim in the mornings, if a little rough! There are restaurants all around the hotel so plenty of choice - but try the crocodile steak or the Vietnamese beef curry in the hotel directly opposite - delicious! The most impressive thing about the resort is the staffs are very friendly and attentive, they try to meet your requirements and always please the guests with any request. Free welcoming fruit, nice pool, few steps to the beach, near local restaurants and bars. We had the nice holiday. Light breakfast was good, you will have 6 or 7 options for you BF. The garden was my favorite. We stayed for 2 nights in deluxe rooms facing the sea. There is actually no beach but one has to walk down a few slippery concrete steps to get into the water. The rooms are pretty small but clean. However, we had bed bugs in one room. This is an issue that happens frequently in local Hotels but the management gave us another bed bug free room the next day. All fixtures such as doors, toilet , shower doors etc. The small pool and garden is nicely done. The breakfast several choices is good for local standard. For those who want to be by the sea and do not want to spend too much money this Hotel might be the right choices. I would come back. This 14 rooms only hotel is located at the upper part of central Mui Ne beach. Due to the low number of rooms it feels intimate. It offers both a small pool and sun beds right by the beach. The location is very good, right by the main street with bars, restaurants and shops. Best location from our point of view. Beachfront is really beachfront. Nice and calm wind in the morning to sunbath. Windy and great for kiting from around midday. Scrambled eggs for breakfast was really tasteful. Zenora is in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely accommodating and very lovely people. The beds were decent and allowed for good sleep. We stayed here a few nights and we were very pleased with the hotel for the price. It was great for a family. The pool is small but well maintained and the beach is so close. It was very stormy while we were there and so he waves were crashing all night but it was nice in a way. It is hard to get in for a swim when it is so rough however and one day we had to walk further up the beach to get into the surf. Overall it was a great time. Breakfast was a sort of set menu and so so. The hotel is on the main street and therefore it is very close to restaurants, kite schools and shops. The ground of the hotel are well kept and the swimming pool delightful. It would be nice to swap the table and chairs around the pool for more sunloungers. The rooms are well equipped but not as large as they could be. Everything is well maintained and works. One member of staff at reception speaks good English, for the rest it is very difficult to communicate. I came here with my grandaughter who lives in Saigon. She found the hotel and liked the reviews. Everything was perfect until we got back to Saigon and had food poisoning. We think it was from the eggs we had at the hotel breakfast since that was all we ate all day. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, nice pool, on the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the hotel grounds and room clean. They organised my 1-day trip to the dunes etc. I liked the pool area and the style of the hotel. The only problem I had that the toilet began to flow and I could not stop it, neither the staff. Stayed here for 2 nights, room basic and a bit dark! Breakfast of rolls and homemade jams, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juice was a nice touch and sufficient enough for us. Lady was very friendly but agree with some other reviews that there is a bit of a french clique thing going on at this hotel!! No tv but cosy hotel bar made up for it. I had a very enjoyable three nights and days at Paris Mui Ne Plage. Staff are helpful without being intrusive. It is well managed. One of the owners, Jean Louis, was present each day ensuring a smooth operation. Breakfast was simple but tasty and nourishing. The coffee is great. No TV or minibar in the room, but not big deal for me. The owners and staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and well decorated. The view from our balcony onto the sea was great. Our stay was generally very pleasant. The only negatives are things outside of the owners ability to change: noise from other bars but not during the night and the dangerous antics of the jet-skis in the sea but this affects all hotels. This hotel is from far away the best we did in Vietnam. Rooms are big and very clean. They all have a balcony with table and chairs and a view on the sea and the swimming pool. The breakfast is wonderful with homemade bread and jam. Staff is always smiling and helpful. They went to the bus station to confirm our seat when usually others hotels just give us a map with indication to go there by ourself. Managers are friendly and very nice. They gave us some informations and advices about the others places we planned to visit in Vietnam and Cambodia. They happened to know that it was my birthday and surprised me with a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitively come back. Right at the heart of mui ne, near those bar pub place, but probably nothing to eat if you want to eat local food have to ride 10km to phan thiet. But nice small pool, quite. English speaking staffs are very friendly and helpful which is rare in Vietnam. It is actually smaller than pictures on their website. However everything is lovely, suitable for couples. The receptionist spoke english quite well which is rare in mui ne. Biggest con was that they had a small cage with different birds and also a squriell like, why? Room is too small and too degrated. Bungalow is not worth with money. The view of door is swimming pool. The beach can not swim in daytime because of strong waves and tides. The beach is dirty because next restaurant releases their dirty water. Asking staff for upgrading room or return money but they said that we must ask agoda and no return in their policy. Not acceptable for the price paid. Service was poor with the exception of one lady at the front desk with a good sense of humour. Breakfast was 'so-so' but we had to wait an extraordinarily long time to be served as many Vietnamese guests sat down after we ordered and they were all served first. This was consistent throughout our three night stay. The grounds are nice and well kept, but there is no beach except for very early in the morning and even then the water comes up to the stairs. Small pool was refreshing but quite dirty. Would not stay again. The stay was ok but the beach was non-existent as it had been washed away by rain.
