Boris Lang is the main antagonist of the 2018 animated film, The Land Before Time: The Big City . He is a crime lord of New Jersey, who tries to capture the dinosaurs out of greed and fear.

He was voiced by Tim Curry , who also played Hexxus in 20th Century Fox's FernGully: The Last Rainforest , Emperor Palpatine, Belial in The Legend of Atlantis by Golden Films, General Von Talon in Disney's Valiant , Pennywise in Stephen King's IT , Drake in The Pebble and the Penguin , El Malefico, Big Bayou in the Courage the Cowardly Dog series, Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Ben Ravencroft in Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost , and Maestro Forte in Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas .

Boris is first seen, when he kidnaps Cera and tortures her while trying to practice performing a water diving trick using a whip no matter how scared and angry Cera is; much to their horror. After failing to perform the trick and being caged, Boris revealing his true nature by planning to kill the dinosaurs and charges his henchmen (the Gangsters) to guard Cera with their lives. Luckily, Littlefoot and Petrie free him after subduing the wolves in a long fight.

Boris, Rich Moore, and Cliff Mars track Littlefoot down and capture both Grandpa and Grandma Longneck, and escapes into the museum, as Cliff escapes in his train moving for the circus in which Petrie, Spike, and Chomper pursue while contacting Hyp for assistance in the chase. The dinosaurs travels into New York, in pursuit of the train.

Littlefoot and his friends defeat Cliff Mars and Rich Moore, with the help of Bron, while freeing Cera respectively. Littlefoot, using his same bravery, successfully infiltrates the train locomotive Boris is in. The rest of the animals join in and attack Boris. Boris then captures Littlefoot and his friends, as the others plan are about to return to the Great Valley, but Boris stops the dinosaurs from escaping by restraining him with his chain collar/leash and tries to kill them in order to make money for turning them into the museum attractions. When he tries to kill them, he is stopped and surrounded by Chomper's parents, who kills and eats the evil man, and thus ending the crime lord's tyranny for good.

He is a crime lord who is evil, cruel, angry, short tempered, and loud, as he kills and tortures dinosaurs out of greed.
