If borderlands 2 had such a feature I'd bet people would play different sections instead just the Digistruct Peak. I mean yeah people should have every right in playing however they like, but there's hardly a need that a section like that be played as much as it is, considering after unlocking op8 it generally has 0 use.
As a quick aside, Borderlands 2 is the odd man out in that it doesn't have an FOV slider on Switch. According to other players, the original Borderlands and The Pre-Sequel do have an FOV option.
