Dim Bulb and Bright bulb belong in either Hard Carry or slightly below Look at Dim Bulb like this, It basically turns your active item into a very impressive All Stats up on use. and Bright Bulb is very easy to cheese unless you actually absolutely need to use your item
Dim bulb is very good when you have an active item that gives a temporary power up like book of belial, then you get an all stats up with each use instead of just the damage.
I'm of course talking about the 2 trinkets, Vibrant Bulb and Dim Bulb. Do I believe that the trailer is referencing the 2 trinkets? I highly doubt it. While other trinkets have few appearances in the trailer, this lightbulb seems to deviate highly from the way the other items are shown.
