END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("License Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("End-User") and Alex Croke , granting you the right to use the applications in accordance with the terms outlined below.

By downloading the applications from the Apple App Store, including any updates (as permitted by this License Agreement), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and you accept this License Agreement in its entirety.

Both parties acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this License Agreement and is not responsible for any obligations related to the applications, such as warranties, liability, maintenance, or support. Alex Croke , not Apple, is fully responsible for the applications and their content.

This License Agreement is not intended to conflict with the App Store Terms of Service. Alex Croke confirms that it has reviewed and complies with those terms.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

1. THE APPLICATION

The software titled Alex Croke (hereafter referred to as "Applications") includes various apps and games (individually referred to as an "App," collectively as "Apps"). These Applications also include any associated documentation, services, images, logos, music, photographs, and video content (collectively referred to as "App Content"). All App Content is owned, operated, and managed by Alex Croke  (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

Please note that the Applications are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). If compliance with such regulations is required, you should not use the Applications. Additionally, the Applications should not be used in ways that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

2.1 You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the licensed Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with this License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. This includes access and use by other accounts linked through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

2.2 This license also covers any updates to the Application unless a separate license applies to a specific update, in which case the new license terms will apply.

2.3 You may not share, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Application available to third parties without prior written consent from Alex Croke, except as permitted by Apple's terms and conditions.

2.4 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative works from the Application without prior written consent from Alex Croke 

2.5 You may not copy or modify the Application, except as permitted by this license, the App Store Terms of Service, or any other applicable terms. Backup copies may only be made on devices you own or control, and all intellectual property notices must remain intact.

2.6 Any violation of these terms may result in legal action and potential damages.

2.7 The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this license at any time.

2.8 Third-party terms may apply, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with them when using the Application.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The Applications require firmware version 1.0 or later. We recommend using the most current firmware available.

3.2 While we strive to keep the Application compatible with new firmware and hardware updates, this is not guaranteed.

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the necessary technical requirements to use the Application.

3.4 We reserve the right to modify the technical specifications at any time.

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

4.1 The Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance or support for the licensed Application. You can reach us via the email provided in the App Store listing.

4.2 Both Alex Croke and the End-User acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the Application.
