A truly disgusting casino!I don't really know what else to say! They will allow you to deposit with your card but then when you go to withdraw back to your card they say the withdrawal can't be processed via card.They then say that you have to withdraw via bank account but the minimum amount is 500, so you're basically forced to gamble your cash to 500 or not be able to withdraw it.Furthermore to this, you need to make a deposit from a withdrawal method to be able to use it to withdraw so you need to deposit again to withdraw.Wagering is capped and bonuses are sticky which Is fine I never took a bonus.Stay away, stay far far away from this casino, if you win big I doubt you'll get your money without a fight and the whole system is set up to stop you withdrawing.I'm not an inexperienced Gambler either, I've played at many casinos for many years and know about verification, bonus wagering, bonus caps and would never give a one star review for normal terms and conditions found in a casino, this genuinely is a scam.Say I deposit 20 via card, I win 200. I go to withdraw (without having taken a bonus), my card withdrawal will not be processed and I'll be told to withdraw via bank.I go to withdraw my 200 via my bank account (with the extra verification that comes with it), I'm then told that I can't withdraw via bank transfer as I have not made a deposit using that method before.So I deposit 20 via bank transfer and am then told that it's a minimum of 500 via bank.They said it's an issue with my card but I had the same issue with their sister site yet successfully withdrew from 4 different online casinos in the same day that use the same payment system as them.
Scam, deposited over $50, they did not give me any bonuses as stated. They then said because I spent my own money that they could not give me my bonuses I was owed. Made about $4 of winnings off $50. Stay away

I was playing a game called Calavera Bingo, now I have had a few glitches with this game the first few was when you got the bonus you should be able to spin the wheel to earn more winnings 2 times I received the bonus and didn’t get to spin the wheel but I said f*** it as I know games can glitch. Yesterday I was playing and I won 41.50 on my last bet which I never received went to chat who said my bet had processed and gone through as it should…. So I am like if that’s the case where is my money? I am told to contact support via email… no response… go to chat again today and am told Please be kindly informed as I can see your bonus has been lost on January 04, 2022 10:47 UTC and unfortunately that amount can not be credited…. When I ask why I am again directed to support via email and when I asked I could speak with someone higher up was told to patiently wait for a response… Can’t say I am too impressed
To be fair, I have had some decent wins at this casino and payouts are prompt. However, their approach to responsible gambling is irresponsible and they clearly have little interest in allowing players to limit their spending. Although most casinos allow and even encourage players to set limits through their account settings, there is no way to set limits at Woo apart from contacting support. Even then they do not comply without multiple requests. If you do attempt to set limits, read their terms and conditions carefully because the amounts you are subsequently allowed to withdraw are drastically reduced to $500 per day/$1500 per week/$5000 per month as opposed to $4000/$16000/$50000 allowed without limits. This is shameful and clearly intended to discourage responsible gambling! It’s unfortunate because they are great otherwise, with a large selection of games and good odds, but not allowing players to set limits easily and without harsh restrictions on withdrawals shows very little integrity.
