I'm a Transman, who has been on testosterone for 10 months. I haven't had too much clitoral growth associated with testosterone so I was worried about the hole being to large for me to fit in, but it works really well! I definitely encourage buying this product.
Definitely use this with a flavored lubricant. Stretches really far so if it didn't fit get checked. It's tight, but that's kinda the point. It's a cock ring with enough space for a hand and takes enough length out to reduce gagging.

Although hubby enjoys some mouth lovin’ without this handy dandy, adding this brought extra excitement to the norm. This will definitely be brought into the rotation! It was a different feeling for hubs and it cut down some of the work for me lol. Many “O’s”!! This Doc Johnson Goodhead - Helping Head mini stroker is 2 1/8” long and the hole is .57” (14.6mm) measured with digital calipers. It has a lot of elasticity and easily fit my 5” girth just fine. It can be very slippery to hold on to if you get lube on the outside which is inevitable. I like the way it feels when I move it up and down. Avoid storing it with other toys of the same or similar material otherwise they will stick to each other and be damaged when you peel them apart. I store mine separately in a plastic bag with some corn starch sprinkled in.

Bought this after seeing the sterling recommendations from other trans guys, but as a trans guy on 2+ years of HRT this is still a bit too large for my size, I had to grip and squeeze it a lot to feel anything. Closing the other end can generate an interesting vacuum, but the inside could be more textured. As it is, it gives a *really* subtle sensation and requires a lot of manual effort to feel anything. Also when it has lube on it, it becomes very very slippery, and thus rather difficult to handle. As a plus side I love its texture, it's sooo soft, I could just fondle it all day (non-sexually) :D

A total waste of Money!
Are the reviews real? I mean this thing does not even fit my middle finger let alone my ***. You can’t even return this useless thing. Please save your money & look something better elsewhere.

Probably not long enough for most.
Good material. You'll need lube, but be careful not to get it on the outside. You can flip it inside out, for different sensation. There's definitely a knack to it and got a bit annoying tbh. Could do with being longer. For the money I can't complain too much. Just wasn't as good as it could be.
