Yes, I know this is a forum for collar-lovers, but just thought I'd ask.
I love love love being bound and gagged while smartly dressed. Does anybody else feel the same way?
I know exactly what you mean. Being tied uo really tight while wearing a white long sleeved shirt tucked in tightly into pants / skirt and wearing a tie pulled up really tight is such a huge turn on. Wished i had a girl in a chinese dress i can tie up too

It's not something I've ever tried, so I have to say I'm open-minded but agnostic on that one personally. But, of course, if a very tight constricting feeling around the collar isn't bondage, then what is?
I'm new to the forum, though I've been on here reading many times. I definitely think there is a connection between the collar button of a shirt and bondage.
I'm a dominant male who likes to gag and tie a submissive woman while she is properly dressed in a blouse with her top button buttoned. To me, making her wear her blouse buttoned up is an equivalent to submissives in the BDSM world wearing a collar publicly. It has the same effect...basically, if she's willing to button her collar 24/7, she is publicly and privately displaying that she belongs to me.
I, too, hold myself to the same standards, as I almost daily wear button-downs, and do so with the collar buttoned without fail. I also frequently wear bow ties, to show off the buttons of my shirt.
There is nothing more blissful to me then a girl and I going out in similar outfits with our collars buttoned. It's a subtle public statement that she is submissive to my dominance.
I find ladies' neckwear to also work as a "collar". Ties, scarves, broaches, and even bow ties work just as well with the top button of a shirt/blouse.
It's comforting to find others who feel this way, though I wish there were more willing to speak out. It took me several years of reading this site before I finally posted something. I will keep reading frequently, and I hope to see more.
