Blood Pressure Notes Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Blood Pressure Notes application ("the App"), provided by TeaCapps GmbH ("TeaCapps"). By using the App, users ("Users") confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
General Terms
Free Access and Premium Features
The App is free to download and use; however, certain advanced features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Access to the full functionality of the App may depend on having an active internet connection.
App Store Distribution
The App is made available through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Users interact directly with these platforms and must adhere to their respective terms and conditions independently of TeaCapps.
Access to Device Data
The App may request access to specific device data, such as contacts, photos, or location, to enable certain features. Access is only granted with the User’s explicit consent. For example, the App may need permission to scan barcodes or use contact information for pulse readings. Users can manage or revoke these permissions based on their device's operating system settings.
Intermediary Role
The App provides functionality that enables Users to scan and search for products on third-party websites ("Websites"). In this role, the App acts solely as an intermediary, without involvement in transactions between the User (buyer) and the Website (seller). Users acknowledge that any agreements or purchases are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective Websites.
Availability and Reliability
TeaCapps endeavors to ensure that the App remains functional and reliable. However, uninterrupted access to the App cannot be guaranteed. Users are encouraged to regularly back up their device data, including any information stored in the App.
Modifications and Termination
TeaCapps reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit access to the App or any of its features, including premium options, at any time and without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeaCapps disclaims responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold TeaCapps harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from breaches of these Terms or infringements on third-party rights.
Changes to Terms
TeaCapps may revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through appropriate channels. Continued use of the App following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination of Use
Users may stop using the App at any time. However, continued use after any updates to these Terms indicates acceptance of the modifications.
