Off back home to London for a few weeks I had the pleasure to meet Ezinne Asinugo , one of the CEO DANCERS specialized in afro-centric and energetic dancing discovered in the show; Britain's Got Talent in which they were semi-finalists. The group is composed of three young beautiful girls whom I like to define as the 'Totally Spies' (don't ask why it just popped up in my head). So Ezinne is the cute short blonde bold headed one, the way I bumped into her was craayyyyyy...

I was actually taking part in presenting an upcoming event in the streets of oxford circus when my head got distracted by loud music. I looked back and so Ezinne and two of her team mates dancing in the middle of the road. In case you're wondering, no it wasn't the entire CEO crew but her camera man and another male dancer I was lucky but not that lucky come on..

Anyway.. This is London and everything and anything happens here, people dancing on pavements is a common thing but seeing someone dancing literally in the middle of the road in-between cars, taxis and buses going pass in broad daylight, it was just mad and I just got hypnotized.

I loved how she did it all naturally as if she was in her room in front of the mirror. Some people may call it attention seeking I just call it sharing!

Ezinne is originally from Nigeria but lives in East London, outside the CEO Dancers she is a dancer, choreographer and a creative performance director. Since the age of 12 she has moved from one dance crew to another from a hip hop one to a street one to another hip hop one and so on...

All these different changes made her realise that dancing was actually what she really wanted to do but even though she loved the street and hip hop background that she has been dipped into at a young age, it wasn't enough for her. She wasn't totally satisfied and didn't feel she completely had found her place. They weren't enough to describe her, something was missing.

Therefore, she went on a quest to find the missing piece to her puzzle. Over the past 5 years she has determinedly being focusing on who she was and how she could emerge her original style with her natural skills as an African dancer. As an African dancer is who she is and what she is to begin with!

Determined and dedicated individual she is, dancing was not the only thing she had going on. She was also studying accounting at university. You would think all those mathematical problems would put a stop to her dancing or even slow her down but that wasn't the case. She joined the ACS team where she met the other members of CEO Dancers and her life took off from there.

As a result of the success of CEO Dancers , she's had the opportunity and chance to work with many well known artists such as; Lil Kim, Lola Rae, Tinie Tempah, Alexandra Burke, D'Banj, Vince Kidd, Black Street, J-sol, Dondrianicole, Wizkid and many more.

She's also had the privilege to perform on platforms such as; the Wireless Festival 2012 and 2013,Wembley, 02 Arena, Hackney Weekend 2012, Summer Festival with JLO and Lionel Richie and the list goes on...

This just goes to show hard work and determination really does pay off. So believe when they tell you that you can be anything you want to be only if you allow yourself to believe that you can do it! Dancing was a way for Ezinne to express her feelings when she was young as she used to be bullied back in secondary school and look where it took her. She found her talent and embraced it and still is.

Her story is very inspiring and motivating , it's always nice to see a young black individual on their way to success. We all could learn something from her!

 which is the case nowadays with plenty females as well as males. I just love how everything is put together, it's simple, sexy and casual at the same time it aint OTT. She ain't tried hard at all but the outcomes is a lot.

Nike celebrates 'Air max Day', 27 years of greatness handed out to the sneakers lovers.

What else could go better with a celebration than FOOD!!!!

For this special day Citadium Chatelet has hired a cute hot dog cart that gave out a free hot dog to all air max wearers.

From 12-2pm the queue went on and on. The determination on getting that free hot dog was incredible lol. You got to admit that it ain't everyday you are rewarded for wearing an item.

The smell was torturingly nice but I didn't have any air max on but puma that day so I didn't get one.

At the fashion museum in Paris at one point I had to wait on my cousin so I did so in the main hall. At one point I turned my head towards the entrance to see whether or not I could get a glimpse of her from far.

Unfortunately, I didn't but I did lay eyes on him and couldn't take them off. I starred at him as he entered the hall way up to the first room of the museum. I knew I had fallen in love with him.

Cutie that I am I searched for him everywhere and asked for a picture. I loved his style but loved even more the attitude that he wore with it. He knew he was standing out of the crowd with eyes judging him but didn't pay an ounce of attention.  

I fell in love with some very original pair of sneakers.. 

YES I DID, me the girl who likes to be seen as a lady in heels who stands tall chin up even when I know hell is burning under my foot right in my shoes!!

I don't what it was that made me dribble over them for weeks enabling me to sleep but I knew I had to have them so my mind would be at ease.

I think what it was, was I could see people underestimating the shoe not being able to know what to wear it with or even being able to see how much they make someone stand out without being over the top. Knowing me I don't see nothing as a challenge when it comes to fashion. 

It's all about being open minded and creative!

Tout dépend de la couleur de vos cheveux à l'origine. Si vous avez les cheveux blonds, il suffira sans doute de procéder à un simple balayage ou encore des mèches pour un effet naturel. Si vous avez le cheveu blond polaire ou blond cendré il suffira de réchauffer votre couleur grâce à des nuances chaudes. Si votre chevelure tire vers le blond vénitien, il faudra procéder à un éclaircissement pour se débarrasser de vos reflets cuivrés. Notre avis ? Si vous n'êtes pas sûre des nuances à choisir et pour éviter tout cataclysme capillaire, tournez-vous vers un coiffeur qui saura mélanger les couleurs et les nuances en fonction de votre chevelure d'origine et de vos envies. Votre chevelure est brune mais cous voulez quand même adopter la tendance blond miel ? Pas de problème. Vous avez quand même la possibilité de réaliser un balayage ou des mèches pour apporter des reflets, des touches de coloration blond miel à votre couleur d'origine, effet naturel garanti ! Cependant si vous souhaitez réaliser une coloration complète de votre chevelure, il faudra peut-être penser à une légère décoloration .

N'oubliez pas que le but avec cette couleur c'est réchauffer votre visage, de lui apporter de l'éclat.
Comme toutes les colorations et coiffures, le blond miel nécessite des soins. Ce n'est plus un secret, privilégiez un shampoing pour cheveux colorés . La coloration assèche les cheveux, ainsi il faudra toujours mettre un point d'honneur à bien hydrater votre chevelure, ce qui passe forcément par l'utilisation d'une crème hydratante, une huile mais aussi un masque par exemple. Ces soins ont un prix, mais c'est non négligeable pour vous garantir une coloration de toute beauté, tout au long de l'été. Sachez aussi que ces soins, huiles protègent vos cheveux des UV ce qui là aussi permet à votre couleur blond miel d'avoir le même éclat qu'au premier jour.
