How do you justify packing this ONE eyelash brush with THIS much packing paper and THIS giant box? And you want to take about "reducing packaging/waste"? How about hiring people who use COMMON SENSE when it comes to shipping out product? Wife was happy with product. I was upset about asinine packing job.

I've tried almost every brow gel out there ranging in different prices but this one is my fave. The brush is great. It allows you to evenly comb the product through your brows rather than big globs of it landing on your brows. I have the blonde color and it's the perfect shade. It makes your brows just a bit stiff, too. I don't have to use a brow pencil with this product. It's easy to use and mess free. I'll be repurchasing more! The only thing that was disappointing was that I received my product in a HUGE ass Amazon box that would have fit probably 3 more peoples parcels. This big box for 1 product! Very disappointing to see that Amazon isn't into the whole waste free philosophy. Maybe next time try shipping it in bubble wrap!

A Good Overall Shaper but Not a Gel

I'm torn with my review for this product. I purchased the clear formula as I was looking for a product that would assist in taming my unruly brows but would also look natural. As far as the natural goes, this delivers, and the brush used to apply it is fantastic for brushing and shaping. What I was disappointed in was the fact that this offers absolutely zero hold in my opinion. It helps to get my brows where I want them to be, but does not keep them there. This was advertised as a "gel" but i would disagree with that description.

Quel produit extraordinaire! Avant j'utilisais le produit similaire mais avec le pinceau et bien que j'adorais le produit, je trouvais que cela ne donnait pas un look entièrement naturel car le produit se répandait trop souvent sur la peau sous les poils de sourcils . Mais voilà que Maybelline vend maintenant le même produit mais avec une brosse!!! Je suis aux anges!! Je suis blonde platine cuivrée naturelle et je dois vraiment mettre un produit sur mes sourcils car sinon on ne les voit pas!! Ce mascara à sourcils est formidable! Il donne l'impression d'avoir des sourcils naturels car le produit s'étend uniformément sur tous les poils des sourcils sans trop en mettre. Être blonde platine cuivrée naturelle n'est pas toujours évident pour trouver la bonne teinte. J'utilise la couleur "Blonde" et la teinte est juste parfaite. J'en suis surprise et grandement ravie!! J'espère vraiment que ce produit sera à toujours disponible car maintenant je ne peux plus vivre sans!!! Merci beaucoup Maybelline!!

However I was horrified to open it and find that it was not a nice smooth liquid like usual, but rather a chunky mess. It’s likely that I received an old product - went to request a replacement item and it is not available for this item. What’s an girl to do?
