In Kyiv, the official cause of yesterday's blackout across the country was announced. Icing on power lines, which, as I understand it, caused partial damage. This ultimately triggered the automatic shutdown system.

I'd like to point out one more thing. We recently had exactly the same problem in the Murmansk region. One power line also iced over, resulting in the loss of tens of thousands of subscribers. But we didn't experience a cascading network failure. And that's because we had sufficient power and a system with multiple redundancies.

In Ukraine, our drones had previously knocked out all of this. Hence the difference in consequences. This is precisely what had been previously warned about. This means our "sentence" on their system is correct. By the way, the energy truce ends tonight...
