In Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel , is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Colonel Zarpedon located in Eye of Helios and The Empyrean Sentinel in Eleseer .

The Black Hole is a versatile and strategic shield as its singularity effect is useful for drawing in enemies for a second wind, and can often kill common enemies in a single blast.
The Black Hole's singularity can also be used to break enemy attack patterns, drag enemies out of cover and wipe them out with a combination of nova and gunfire before they recover completely from the stun effect, making it a viable offensive shield as well.

GW170814 was a gravitational wave signal from two merging black holes , detected by the LIGO and Virgo observatories on 14 August 2017. [1] On 27 September 2017, the LIGO and Virgo collaborations announced the observation of the signal, the fourth confirmed event after GW150914 , GW151226 and GW170104 . It was the first binary black hole merger detected by LIGO and Virgo together. [2]
The signal was detected at 10:30:43 UTC . The Livingston detector was the first to receive the signal, followed by the Hanford detector 8 milliseconds later and Virgo received the signal 14 milliseconds after Livingston. The detection in all three detectors lead to a very accurate estimate of the position of the source, with a 90% credible region of just 60 deg 2 , a factor 20 times more accurate than before. [3]
Analysis indicated the signal resulted from the inspiral and merger of a pair of black holes (BBH) with 30.5 +5.7 −3.0 and 25.3 +2.8 −4.2 times the mass of the Sun , at a distance of 540 +130 −210 megaparsecs ( 1.8 +0.4 −0.7 billion light years) from Earth. [4] The resulting black hole had a mass of 53.2 +3.2 −2.5 solar masses, 2.7 +0.4 −0.3 solar masses having been radiated away as gravitational energy . The peak luminosity of GW170814 was 3.7 +0.5 −0.5 × 10 49 W .
General relativity predicts that gravitational waves have a tensor -like (spin-2) polarization . The detection in all three detectors led to strong experimental evidence for pure tensor polarization over pure scalar or pure vector polarizations. [2] [5]

Looks good and works well. One drop and the case doesn’t work anymore. There’s a subtle gap on the lower left part of the case so the touch screen is difficult to use. I tried to make it work but it’s driving me crazy.
Anti spy is very slight didn’t purchase for that reason so it didn’t bother me at all. But the front and back are glass and the glass sticks out a bit further then the plastic that runs around the perimeter. It cracked in my pocket laying down on the concrete through my jeans. I was pretty upset I love the look and feel also the ease of opening to clean just wish it wasn’t so easy to break or made out of hard plastic all around

The privacy screen part of it was nice and it does fit well and FEEL like good quality when you’re using it but it’s just too hard to keep ahold of and it will fall and when it does you’ll have to hunt for your phone and the pieces of the case cuz they come apart and go flying everywhere. It’s nice if you don’t ever drop your phone.
Solid sleek design and does as described. The phone slipped and fell ONCE from a high of about 3 feet high and the screen (front glass) shattered. Not very durable. The metal casing IS sterdy, however.
I only leave reviews when something is amazing or the worst....this was the worst. Don't waste your money! I was so excited to try this phone case but I was so disappointed!!! The magnets are so week and the two pieces separate so easily, the screen protector scratches and cracks the moment you drop it, a piece of the tempered glass came out and i couldn't hold the phone to my face with out it poking me, it did not hold up at all. It looks nice and the privacy screen works well but thats about it.
Love the function. Durability is poor. I dropped the case flat on the front and it cracked. Just wish the screen was more resilient. Still it protected the phone.
The case itself is of nice quality. It’s easy to take on and off. The touch screen is almost unnoticeable and the anti-peep is as described. Durability is pretty low. I dropped my phone once and the case broke, though it did it’s job in protecting my phone. I ordered a second case, dropped it once and the case screen cracked (phone is fine). The biggest issue I had is that the case blocked WiFi signals and the Bluetooth signal in my car (take the case off and things work as they should).
I like the lightweight feel of it, but it is still pretty slippery to hold on to.
