When you access and/or use the platform, software and space organised by BlackPaper LLC and BitKeep Global Inc. (together, “we”, “our”, “us”, “Yescoin” or the “BlackPaper LLC” and “BitGet Wallet” - for BitKeep Global Inc.) available at and/or through the Website or Social Media Platforms via any of its Domains, including but not limited to content, functionality, products, and any other interactions and engagements, collectively the (“Yescoin Services”), you agree to the terms of this Terms. So please read these Terms carefully.

“You” or “your(s)” or “their” shall mean the "participants" of the Yescoin Services who view, access, use, or utilise any of the Yescoin Services in any way via any medium.

These Terms (together with the documents referred to in it) set out the conditions on which you access and/or make use of https://yesco.in/ and any organised events like giveaways by BlackPaper LLC, its Domains, subdomains, and any associated domains and mobile applications.

These Terms, together with our Giveaway Disclaimer, govern the User(s) use of the Yescoin Services and organisation of the giveaway.

1. Introduction and Accessibility

1. These Terms are a binding legal agreement between the participants and BlackPaper LLC.
2. By participating in BlackPaper LLC’s giveaway, you automatically agree with the collecting, processing and storage of your personal data.
3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. In such an event, we will notify the participants by email. Continued access or use of the Yescoin platforms and participating in the giveaway after any such modification constitutes the Users' agreement to such changes.
4. The BitGet Wallet will be the only wallet available to participate in the giveaway and will remain in the Yescoin app after this 30-day campaign.

1. Eligibility:

1. The giveaway is open worldwide for those who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. Employees, officers, and directors of BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and ho lo usehold members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate.
3. The participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the participants’ information, including passwords, and for all activity that occurs under the participation in the giveaway. The participants agree to notify BlackPaper LLC immediately of any unauthorised use of their personal data or any other information or any other security breach.
4. The participants agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, license, sub-license, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the giveaway without the express written permission of BlackPaper LLC.
5. The participants have an account with BitGet Wallet, as this is the only wallet available to participate in the giveaway.

1. How to Enter:

1. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary. Participants can enter the giveaway.
2. Follow BitGet Wallet and Yescoin on Twitter (Yescoin X).
3. Play Yescoin.
4. Connect BitGet Wallet in Yescoin.
5. Tag 3 friends in the comments (more tags increase the chances of winning).

1. Prizes:

1. The number of prizes and the prize amounts consist:

• $30,000.00 Giveaway on Twitter (Yescoin X)

1. Prize Allocation. 1000 rewards of $30 each will be awarded.
2. Reserve Winners. In addition to the 1000 primary winners, 500 reserve winners will be selected.
3. If reserve winners do not claim their prizes within the specified period in Section 6, Yescoin and Bitget reserve the right to retain the unclaimed prizes.

1. Promotion:

1. Send a push notification about the Connect Wallet and rewards to all users for 14 days.
2. Display a preload image of the event for 14 days.
3. Announce it in the Telegram channel.
4. Provide in-game rewards for connecting BitGet Wallet.
5. Give in-game rewards for promoting the giveaway.

1. Winner Selection and Notification:

1. BitGet Wallet will randomly and impartially select the winners on date X from all wallets connected to the YesCoin app. The winners will be contacted through the YesCoin app and will need to complete a form to prove they have completed the necessary tasks to be eligible for the giveaway. Within 72 hours, the tasks will be verified, and if confirmed, the prize will be sent to the wallet linked with Yescoin.

1. Claiming Prizes:

1. Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
2. Winners may be required to provide identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (except where prohibited by law).

1. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes may be subject to tax withholding.

1. By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow BlackPaper LLC to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
2. Publicity and Communication: By signing up or entering into a giveaway relationship with us, the participants agree to allow us to announce the number of participants and conditions of the giveaway on our Yescoin social media platforms or other 3rd party sites or its social media. 

1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

1. Confidentiality. The participants of the giveaway may have access to certain confidential information relating to BlackPaper LLC and/or BitGet Wallet, its services, and its users ("Confidential Information"). The participants agree to keep all such Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without BlackPaper LLC’s and/or BitGet Wallet’s prior written consent.
2. Use of Confidential Information. The participants may only use the Confidential Information to fulfil the participants' obligations and exercise the participants' rights under these Terms. Any other use of the Confidential Information is strictly prohibited.
3. Data Protection. We are protecting the Personal Data of the participants according to the regulations defined by GDPR and CCPA.
4. Data Security. BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet implement and use all possible features to protect the collected data on BlackPaper LLC’s and BitGet Wallet’s cloud storage according to the applicable regulations.
5. Breach Notification. In case of any breach of data security, BlackPaper LLC and/or BitGet Wallet undertake to notify the participants immediately regarding such an event and take all possible actions to stop any violation or restrict any third party's access to the collected personal data.
6. Data Processing Agreement. Where applicable, the participants agree to enter into a data processing agreement with BlackPaper LLC and/or BitGet Wallet to ensure the proper protection of personal data according to the applicable regulation mentioned in subclause (c) of Article 10 of their Terms.
7. Confidentiality of Compliance Information. All information and documents related to compliance with the Terms, including information about business methods, procedures, policies, information about resellers, and giveaway information, are strictly confidential unless they are already in the public domain.
8. Liability for Data Protection Violations. We are liable for Data Protection violations according to the terms and conditions defined in the applicable Data Protection Acts.
9. Giveaway campaign materials may contain links to third-party web sources. Such linked websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content.
10. BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet have the right to cooperate with third parties and provide your data to third parties without your written permission if you used/clicked the third party’s links.

1. General Conditions:

1. BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by BlackPaper LLC or BitGet Wallet in their common discretion.
2. BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet reserve the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

1. Intellectual Property

1. Respect for Intellectual Property. Each party agrees to respect the other party's intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, all copyright, patent, trademark, design rights, trade secrets, and all other forms of intellectual property.
2. Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the services provided by BlackPaper LLC or BitGet Wallet or based on the license from the licensor, including but not limited to any software, design, text, images, or other material used, are and will remain the property of BlackPaper LLC or BitGet Wallet or its licensors.
3. Use of Intellectual Property. The participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the intellectual property of Yescoin solely for giveaway participation purposes. Any unauthorised use of BlackPaper LLC’s or BitGet Wallet’s intellectual property by the participants breaches these Terms and may also violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4. Notification of Infringement. If either party becomes aware of any infringement or suspected infringement of its intellectual property rights, it shall promptly notify the other party.
5. Intellectual Property Takedown Notice. If the giveaway contains any materials, interfaces, logos, designs, products, or something else that is not the intellectual property of BlackPaper LLC or BitGet Wallet and BlackPaper LLC or BitGet Wallet do not have licenses for using it, the licensor has the right to request to delete its intellectual property from the giveaway materials and promotional according to the procedures defined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (hereinafter – “DMCA”) and/or Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market and amending Directives 96/9/EC (hereinafter – “EUCD”).
6. BlackPaper LLC and/or BitGet Wallet may provide the participants with the right to use a sub-domain within the giveaway for one or more of the giveaway parts. All such sub-domains are solely our property, and we reserve the right to determine the appearance, design, functionality, and all other aspects of such sub-domains. 

1. Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers; No Warranties:

1. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
2. BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet are not responsible for the accuracy or functionality of the giveaway work.
3. BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet are not responsible for incorrect filled-out details and for using the giveaway in a certain way that results in any damage to the participants.
4. Nothing in these Terms will limit our (or third parties) liability (i) when we (or they) were negligent, and this led to death or personal injury; (ii) in case of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) in respect of gross negligence or willful misconduct; or (iv) if such liability can otherwise not lawfully be limited or excluded.
5. If you breach these Terms, we will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result.
6. We are not liable for (i) any losses or damages which were not reasonably foreseeable when you made your booking or otherwise entered into these Terms; or (ii) any event which was reasonably beyond our control.
7. We make no promises about products and services other than those expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Just to be clear, these Terms are between you and us. Nothing in these Terms will entitle any third party.
9. The giveaway is made available to the participants on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with the express understanding that BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet have no obligation to monitor, control, or vet the content or data appearing on the giveaway materials.
10. The participants use the giveaway at their discretion and risk and take full responsibility for the participants’ using the giveaway.
11. BlackPaper LLC and/or BitGet Wallet make no claims or promises about the giveaway's quality, accuracy, or reliability and expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. By accessing or using the giveaway or by clicking on the “I accept” or similar button with these Terms, the participants are indicating acceptance to be bound by these Terms. If the participants do not accept these Terms, they must not access or use the giveaway. If the participants are dissatisfied with these Terms or any rules, policies, guidelines, or practices applicable to the giveaway, the participants’ sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue the use of the giveaway participation.

1. Third Party Rights

1. These Terms do not give rise to any rights of the third parties to terminate, rescind, or agree to any amendment, waiver, variation, or settlement under or relating to these Terms are not subject to the consent of any other person.
2. Where the giveaway materials contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or sources.

1. Acknowledgement

1. The participants acknowledge that they have read these Terms, understand it, and will be bound by its Terms.

• BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet have an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance program and reserve the right to perform due diligence on all participants of the giveaway.
• The participants agree to provide BlakcPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet with all the information and documents required.

1. Governing Law:

1. The giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and Grenadine without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

1. Miscellaneous:

1. Compliance with Laws. Adherence to laws relating to consumer protection, data protection, and product safety is crucial and obligatory for giveaways.
2. Relationship of the Parties. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the participants and BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet. The participants have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Black Paper LLC or BitGet Wallet.
3. Entire Agreement. These Terms supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, understandings, or representations (whether written or oral) between the participants and BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet.
4. Severability. If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed deleted. This does not affect the validity of the rest of these Terms.
5. Waiver. No failure or delay by BlackPaper LLC or BitGet Wallet in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
6. Assignment. The participants may not be assigned rights under these Terms without the prior written consent of BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet. However, BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet have the right to freely assign their rights and obligations.
7. Notices. Any notices shall be sent by email to the administrative email address added during the registration for our giveaway. It is the participant’s responsibility to keep the email address valid. 
8. The participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any activity related to the participants (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by the participants or any other person accessing the giveaway.
9. Furthermore, the participants agree not to bring any legal action or claim against BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents for any reason whatsoever. The participants acknowledge and agree that the participants’ sole recourse in the event of any dispute with BlackPaper LLC and BitGet Wallet is to terminate the participant’s access and use of the giveaway.
10. The participants understand and agree that they are personally responsible for their behaviour on the giveaway and any consequences thereof. The participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and agree not to take any action that would infringe upon the rights of others or that would restrict or inhibit others from enjoying the giveaway.
