These Air Fryer Omelet Bites are the best way to start the day. Using your air fryer to cook up a delicious breakfast couldn't be easier to do! Just six simple ingredients and less than 15 minutes of time are all you need to treat your taste buds early in the day!
In this free 5-day email series learn all my tips for incorporating a low-carb lifestyle into the life of your family.
I love eating eggs for breakfast. They're low carb, they're easy to cook, and they're filling as well. Not only that, but they take on flavors and ingredients so well! I swear that I can cook an egg recipe one day and make the same recipe again the next day, and it tastes like a totally different dish.
We tend to buy eggs in bulk from the store because I use them in a lot of recipes. From baking to breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes, there is always a need for eggs.
Once I started air frying eggs, it was a game-changer for sure. I love that these are fast and easy for busy mornings and everyone in the house loves the texture, too.
If you're a fan of eggs like we are, check out my Keto Deviled Eggs for another easy and fast snack or appetizer! Perfect for whipping up and keep in the fridge.
Eggs - Use any type of eggs that you'd like. Farm fresh, cage free, you know it. They all cook and eat well.
Cream cheese - Adding in the cream cheese adds the perfect creamy texture.
Diced ham - It's amazing how the ham adds the perfect salty flavor.
Shredded cheese - Choose your favorite type of shredded cheese and add it. I love using cheddar cheese.
Salt - Just a pinch of salt is all you need.
Pepper - This is optional but helps to enhance the flavors.
I love that these egg bites are low in carbohydrates and high in protein. They're great for boosting and fueling your energy for the day. Follow the simple instructions below to make these easy air fryer omelet bites.
Step One : Preheat the air fryer to 400. Spray your mold with cooking spray.
Step Two: Add the cream cheese and the eggs to the blender and mix well.
Expert Tip: You can also mix it in a small bowl with a whisk but make sure your eggs and cream cheese are both room temperature or the cream cheese won't incorporate.
Step Three: Add the shredded cheese and ham to the egg molds and then pour the egg mixture on top.
Step Four: Place the mold in the air fryer. Cook for 10-12 minutes. The internal temperature of baked eggs should be between 165-185.
Expert Tip: Don't worry if the egg mixture overflows a bit! Just pop them out and cut off the excess.
This egg dish is so versatile and easy to do! You'll love how you can easily change up the flavors of an air fryer frittata.
Add bacon bits - If you don't want to use home, switch it up and use bacon or bacon bits instead. Sprinkle in as many as you want!
Add more veggies - If you want to up the health factor, add in some onion, spinach, chopped bell pepper, diced tomato, mushroom, or any other vegetables that you're craving.
Sausage - Another yummy protein that you can add is sausage. When you put pork in egg recipes, it adds great flavor because of the sodium.
Use fresh herbs - Stirring in fresh basil or chopped rosemary is a super simple way to add fresh taste!
Spices - Add some garlic powder, onion powder, or even a pinch of nutmeg.
Mexican - Mix in some taco seasoning, omit the ham, and then top your air fryer omelet bites with salsa, sour cream, fresh cilantro, and guacamole.
Mediterranean - Feta cheese, fresh dill, red peppers, and even kalamata olives are fun and interesting mix-ins.
The great thing about this air fryer omelette recipe is that these little bites taste like mini omelets! Cooking the ingredients in the air fryer versus a pan also keeps the texture light and fluffy. You'll find these air fryer omelette bites taste like little puffs of egg and cheesy clouds! (or at least that's what my kids say!)
You can! You can use silicone molds or muffin cups in the air fryer without any issues. There are specific egg molds that work perfectly in the air fryer basket and area.
You can. Any leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer easily. They'll take about 4 minutes to reheat and enjoy again.
If you make them and decide to add them to the freezer, this is the perfect way to save them for later. Just pop them in the freezer for up to 3 months of time.
Make sure to store them in an airtight container with a lid so that they don't get freezer-burnt.
My husband is always amazed when I show him new things we can make in the air fryer! These bites are a winner!
This is my new favorite way to use my air fryer! Perfect for breakfasts on the go and SO easy to make. Will definitely become a staple recipe of mine from now on!
Where did you buy the pan that fits into your air fryer?
Amazon. It's an instant pot egg bite pan.
Can these be cooked on regular oven? If so, what temp and time?
Thanks
I haven't tested it but it would definitely work. My guess is 350 for 15-20 minutes. Just cook until they are set.
Are these by any chance similar to Starbucks egg bites? I love the texture of their egg bites. I’ll order a mold if they are. 😍

One of the best things about this air fry salmon recipe is that you can pair these up with delicious sides and sauces.
A delicious vegetable is great with this air fryer salmon bites as it perfectly complements the salmon as a side dish.
Overall, these air fryer salmon bites are a must-try recipe and perfect for a busy mom.
To achieve perfect a moist and tender salmon, preheating the air fryer is a must. Similar to other air fryer recipes such air fryer chicken bites, always preheat the fryer before placing the salmon nuggets in the fryer basket.
Cooking time and temperature is also important in order to get the best results. To preheat the air fryer, change the air fryer setting to “air fry” and heat for about 5 minutes at 400°F or use the preheat setting.
Keep any air fried salmon leftovers in an air tight container inside your fridge. You can keep them refrigerated for up to 2 days.
To reheat them, simply preheat the air fryer before placing the salmon chunks in your air fryer and cooking them for about 1 to 2 minutes at 400°F.
Yes! Most canned salmon are already marinated, so a touch of oil and minimal seasoning is enough to cook it in an air fryer. Simply set the air fryer temperature to 400°F and cook for 5 minutes.
Definitely! For a healthier way of cooking, the air fryer is the best appliance to use. The air fryer is way healthier than if you were to cook the salmon in oil.
For bite-sized chunks, 5-6 minutes in a temperature of 400°F (preheated) is perfect. Depending on the thickness of the salmon or your desired tenderness, you can add a few minutes more to your cooking time.
The best temperature to cook salmon nuggets in an air fryer is 400°F. This will allow the salmon to cook through evenly. Make sure to preheat the air fryer under the same temperature for 5 minutes before cooking.

Make lemon garlic butter salmon bites in your air fryer with this simple Air Fryer Salmon Bites recipe. It uses fresh salmon chunks and simple seasonings. Ready in 10 minutes.
▢ 16 oz Salmon Filets , I used center-cut fresh, or thawed salmon filets with the bottom skin removed. I prefer Atlantic Salmon, cut into about 12 bites-sized pieces. ▢ 1 tsp 24 Herbs Sprinkle Seasoning (Salt-free) , Salt-free Herb Blend like Mrs. Dash, Herbs de Provence, or Italian Seasoning ▢ 1/4 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt , fine ▢ 1/4 tsp Black Pepper ▢ 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika ▢ 2 tbsp Olive Oil ▢ 2 tbsp garlic butter , click for recipe ▢ 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Dry your filets with a paper towel and run the surface gently to ensure that there are no bones. Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces.
Add the fish bites to a bowl with the olive oil and spices. Gently toss the fish in the olive and spices to coat.
Turn your air fryer to 390 degrees and cook for 5-7 minutes. I recommend starting with 5 minutes, checking the fish, and increasing the time by 1 additional minute until the salmon bites are translucent pink is solid in color and it flakes easily with a fork.
Melt the seasoned butter in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, mix in the lemon juice, and pour it over the fish.

No need to flip: salmon cooks well without flipping it in the air fryer. So, you only need to check on the fish to check for doneness.
Add different sauces to switch things up: I’m using lemon butter garlic sauce, but you can easily vary this recipe by adding other sauces. Some of my personal favorites are: keto sweet chili sauce , keto teriyaki sauce , bang bang sauce , Alfredo sauce and the Hennessy BBQ sauce that I used on my Hennessy Wings

Make lemon garlic butter salmon bites in your air fryer with this easy Air Fryer Salmon Bites recipe. It uses fresh salmon chunks, simple seasonings and my 5-minute homemade garlic butter as a sauce. Enjoy these as a high-protein, low-carb main dish with my creamed spinach , cauliflower pilaf or air fryer spaghetti squash . Ready in less than 10 minutes.
Making air fryer salmon bites is similar to the process of making my popular air fryer salmon .
It takes about 15 minutes to cook. I personally use fresh salmon in this recipe because frozen salmon can turn out tasteless and tough.
I choose to cook my salmon at 390 degrees. But, 375 and 380 also work, just be sure to adjust the cook time with a lower temperature.
Yes. I recommend thawing your frozen salmon out before cooking it in an air fryer.
It should flake easily with a fork. You can also look at the sides. Cooked salmon is opaque throughout the sides.
