Total of $5,000 in USDC Rewards:

• Top 10 predictors will share $1,000 in USDC
• Top 1,000 predictors will share the remainder of the prize pool ($4,000)

Terms & Conditions

• Price of BTC will be determined by the BTC/USDC price on Binance Spot at 12:00 PM UTC on 22 May 2026 (Bitcoin Pizza Day). Rewards will be based on this price.
• Users may guess the BTC price in USD up to 2 decimal places; the closest prediction to the final price will be selected as the winner.
• In the event that multiple users submit the same winning response, the order of submission will be considered.
• Only users who complete KYC by the end of the Activity Period will be eligible for rewards.
• Participants must fulfill all requirements specified during the sign-up process to be considered eligible.
• Rewards will only be distributed to users who meet the win conditions of the game (e.g., closest BTC price prediction to actual price).
• The distribution of prizes is as follows:
• The top 10 winners will share equally a prize pool of $1,000 USDC
• All remaining eligible participants will share a prize pool of $4,000 USDC
• Rewards will be distributed within 28 working days after the activity ends. Participants can view their rewards in Wallet > Distribution.
• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants suspected of fraudulent behavior, misuse of game commands, or other activities that violate these terms.
• Rewards may be canceled if Binance determines, at its sole discretion, that a participant has breached any terms and conditions.
• Binance reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, terminate, or suspend the activity or its rules at its sole discretion without prior notice. This includes changes to eligibility criteria, selection and number of winners, and any other aspect of the activity.
• By participating, all users agree to abide by these terms and any amendments made to them.
