Hard to use at first but it gets easier as you go
I had Dr. Johnson's male fist but it was flemsy and hard to control, and a bit to large, the Belladonna's Bitch Fist is easier to control and the perfect size. I am simpli satisfied with the Bitch Fist and it's size.
Also want to add that unlike many toys that are thicker at the top than the bottom, the girth of the Bitch Fist at the bottom is the most of any toy I have tried that I can keep in for an extended time (have some toys that are as big or bigger at the bottom, but I just can't keep them in for more than a minute or so max). With the BF, I can feel my hole staying spread open and it feels so YUMMY when I squeeze!!
So again, bottom line (pun intended), as long as you're not a novice, you should LOVE the BF, one of the best toys I have found! (BTW, one of the laces in my harness has a loop on the end to take the end of the other lace).
