🔐 Biometric login in the Crypto Office Mini-App

Biometric login lets you quickly open the Crypto Office Mini-App using Face ID on iPhone or a fingerprint on Android.

This speeds up authentication and improves security.

📲 How to enable biometric login

Follow the instructions below to activate Face ID or fingerprint login in the Mini-App.

Before you begin, make sure you have a PIN code set. If you don't have one yet, set it up first and then proceed to enabling biometrics.

Mini-App 📱

1️⃣ tap your profile picture → "Security"

2️⃣ in the "Biometry" row, slide the toggle to the right to enable the feature

3️⃣ in the window that appears, enter your previously set PIN code

4️⃣ tap "Yes" to confirm the use of biometrics:
  — on iPhone a Face ID permission request will appear
— on Android a fingerprint access request will appear

5️⃣ if the system asks you to enter the PIN code again, enter it to complete the setup

1️⃣ tap "Settings"

2️⃣ select "Security"

3️⃣ tap "Biometrics"

4️⃣ you will be redirected to the Mini-App

5️⃣ follow steps 2–5 from the Mini-App instructions above to complete the biometrics setup

📲 How to disable biometric login

Disable this feature if you no longer want to use biometric data for authorization in the app.

Mini-App 📱

1️⃣ tap your profile picture → "Security"

2️⃣ in the "Biometry" row, turn off the toggle to disable the feature

3️⃣ in the window that appears, enter your previously set PIN code

Telegram bot 🤖

1️⃣ tap "Settings"

2️⃣ select "Security"

3️⃣ tap "Biometrics"

4️⃣ you will be redirected to the Mini-App

5️⃣ follow steps 1–3 from the Mini-App instructions
