🔵Genetics is the science of inheritance (heredity ) that deals with the way in Which traits an organisms are transmitted from generation to generation 

Genetics ማለት በአጭሩ ከአንድ ትውልድ ወደሌላ ትውልድ የሚዘዋወር የተፈጥሮ ባህርይ ልንለው እንችላለን ። የተፈጥሮ ባህርይ ስንል ከቤተሰብ ወይም ከዘመዶች የሚወራረስ ፀባይ ሊሆን ይችላል፤መልክ ሊሆን ይችላል ቁመት ሊሆን ይችላል እና የተለያዩ ......ይሄን ምን እንለዋለን Genetics ይባላል ማለት ነው።

✳️Chromosome a long strand of DNA that bounded with protein histone on which a large number of genes is stored

🛑Humans receive half of chromosomes from one parent and half from the other. 

♻️When these two sets get together, they form pairs called homologous pairs.

🛑The chromosomes in a eukaryotic cell usually come in pairs called homologous pairs.

🛑A gene is a section of DNA (or chromosome) that determines a particular feature. 

🛑Alleles are the different version of the same gene that determines a particular trait 

🔵For example, earlobe attachment in humans, there are two versions of ☑️gene attached (E) and 

☑️free earlobe (e) .

🔵For example, eye color, earlobe attachment, tongue rolling, seed color

🔵genetics information ንን store አድርጎ ለትውልድ የሚያስተላልፍ DNA ይባላል ማለት ነው።

💹Chromosome የምንለው molecules በ nucleus ውስጥ ሲገኝ ይሄ Chromosome የተሰራው ከ DNA ነው ማለት ነው። 

💹አስተውሉ chromosome እንዴት ይሰራል ካላቹ DNA እና Histone protein bound በሚያደርጉ ጊዜ Chromosome ይፈጠራል ማለት ነው 

Histone protein ማለት በ nucleus ውስጥ ከ nuclei ጋር associated ሆነው የሚገኙ ናቸው እንዲሁም ደግሞ protein ዎች ናቸው ።

💹Gen ማለት ........

🔵A section of DNA ማለት ነው 

🔵DNA እና Histone protein bound በሚያደርጉ ጊዜ Chromosome ይፈጠራል እያንዳንዱ DNA ደግም gen ዎች አሉት ። ለዚህ ነው Gen is A section of DNA የሚባለው።

Gen ማለት በ Chromosome ውስጥ ይም በ DNA ውስጥ በመገኘት የኛን ባህሪ የሚገልፁን ናቸው ለምሳሌ ባህሪያችንን፤ፀባያችንን መልካችንን ወዘተ ....ለምሳሌ ስዕል 3.1 ተመልከቱ የመጀመሪያው ሰው ጆሮው አልተለጠፈም( unattached) ሁለተኛው ደግሞ ጆሮው የተለጠፈ ነው (attached) ይሄንን treate የሚያደርጉት Gen ዎች ናቸው ማለት ነው።

🔵particular የሆነ ባህሪያችንን የሚገልፁ

🔵A version of Gen የሆኑ

🔵particular treat አችንን የሚገልፁ Alleles ይባላሉ 

⁉️አንድ Gen ሆኖ ነገር ግን Different version የሚገልፅ ከሆነ Alleles ይባላል።

Different version ሲባል ግራ ሊገባቹ አይገባም የሁላቹ Different version ስንል ለምሳሌ የተለያየ መልክ ወይም የተለያየ Height ካላቸው Different version አላው እንላለን ለምሳሌ Height ትን ብንወስድ በ Height ውስጥ እረጅምና አጭር ብለን ልንገልፅ እንችላለን የውላቹ አንድ single Gen የሆነው Height ነው ነገር ግን በውስጡ እረጅምና አጭር ብለን የገለፅናቸውን Alleles ብለን እንገልፃቸዋለን ማለት ነው ።

ሌላ ምሳሌ የአንድን ሰው Colour control የሚያደርግ gen አለ በዚህ colour ውስጥ ቀይ፣ጥቁር፣ሊኖር ይችላል ። colour የምንለው single gen (same gen) ንን ሲገልፅልን ቀይ፣ጥቁር የምንለው ደግሞ Alleles ስን ይገልፅልናል ማለት ነው ለዚህ ነው Different version of the same gen are called alleles የሚባለው ።

🔰Human have 46 chromosomes in their cells ; 

✳️23 are paternal in origin (came from fathers) and 

♻️23 are maternal in origin (came from mothers).

በሰዎች cell ውስጥ 46 chromosome ይገኛል ይሄ ማለት ግን ከእናት 23 ከአባት ሲሆን 23 ደግሞ ከእናት ነው ማለት በአጠቃላይ በድምኑ 46 chromosome ይሆናል ማለት ነው።

🥰በ sexual ጊዜ 23 paternal orgin ከአባት እና 23 maternal orgin ከእናት መጥቶ pair በሚያደርግበት ጊዜ homologous pairs ይፈጠራል ።

homologous pairs ማለት በተፈጥሮ አንድ አይነት treat ያለው ማለት ነው። ይህ ማለት የሚለየው አንድ ሴት እና ወንድ መሆናቸው እንጂ 22 ቱ chromosome አንድ አይነት ባህሪን ነው የሚገልፁት 

homologous pairs አንድ አይነት ባህሪን control የሚያደርጉበት Gen ዎች አሏቸው ይሄ control የሚደረግበት specific የሆነ ቦታ አለ ምን ይባላል ይሄ ቦታ⁉️Locus በመባል ይታወቃል ።

ስዕል 3.3

በስዕል 3.3 ላይ እንደምትመለከቱት PP፣aa፣Bb ከላይም ከታችም ተፅፏል ይሄ የሚያሳየን በአንድ ቦታ አንድ አይነት ባህሪን እንደሚገል ነው ይሄ ማለት ከሁለቱ Chromosome ውጪ ወይም ከእናት 23 አግኝተናል ከአባት 23 አግኝተናል ሁለቱ chromosome ወንድ እና ሴት መሆናችንን ሲገልፁ ሌለላው 44 ቱ chromosome ግን ባህሪን የሚገልፁ chromosome ዎች ናቸው ስለዚህ PP፣aa፣Bb የምንላቸው አንድ አይነትን ባህሪን የሚገልፁ ናቸው ማለት ነው።

🛑Homozygous; has the same or identical alleles of gene on each of the chromosomes in the homologous pair E.g. PP, aa

Homozygous ማለት አንድ አይነት alleles ካላቸው ወይም AA,aa አንድ አይነት alleles ካለን Homozygous ይባላል ማለት ነው ።

🔵Heterozygous; has different alleles of gene on each of the chromosomes in the homologous pair. E.g. Bb

Heterozygous ማለት የተለያየ አይነት alleles ካላቸው ወይም Aa,Bb የተለያየ አይነት alleles ካለን Heterozygous ይባላል ማለት ነው ።

🛑Phenotype; describes traits determined by a particular genotype E.g. tall, short, yellow seed. wrinkled seed,

Phenotype ማለተ በ Genotype ላይ depend ሆነን ይሄ ሰው አጭር ነው እረጅም ነው፣ ቀይ ነው፣ ጥቁር ነው፣ ብለን የምንገልፀው phenotype ይባላል

Dominant እና recessive ማለት አንድ ልጅ ሲወለድ የእናቱንም ባህሪይ የአባቱንም ባህሪይ ይዞ ነው የሚወለደው አይደል ነገር ግን በሚወለድ ጊዜ የሆነ ጎልቶ የሚወጣ ባህሪ ይኖረዋል ወይም በማን እንደወጣ የምናቅበት መንገድ ይኖራል ለምሳሌ በመልክ ብንወስድ አባቱ ቀይ ቢሆን እና እናቱ ደጌሞ ጥቁር ብትሆን የልጁ መልክ ሊሆን የሚችለው ወይ ቀይ ነው ወይ ጥቁር ነው የሚሆነው ይሄ ማለት ቀይ ከሆነ ወደአባቱ ያመለክታል ጥቁር ከሆነ ወደእናቱ ያመለክታል በዚህ ጊዜ አጉልቶ የሚታይበትን መልክ Dominant እንለዋለን የማይታየውን የእናትዬውን መልክ ወይም ድብቁን ደግሞ recessive እንለዋለን ማለት ነው ።

🛑TT,Tt Dominant ሲገልፅልን

🛑tt recessive ይገልፅልናል ማለት ነው ።

Phenotype ማለት በአጭሩ በአይናችን አይተን ስለ አንድ ሰው መዘርዘር የምንችል ከሆነ Phenotype ማለት ነው ።

🛑Genotype; describes the pair of alleles for a particular gene possessed by an organism. 

E.g.TT, Tt, Yy

Genotype ማለት alleles ዎቹ ለ particular genኡ pair ሲሆኑ ወይም AA,Aa,,Bb ሲሆኑ Genotype ይባላል።
