Renee Eaves' self-published autobiography, Flirt With Justice, reveals how she rose from the depths of depression in the face of overwhelming public scrutiny.
The former Miss Bikini World and self-proclaimed justice warrior went against the odds to represent herself in court.
The 43-year-old was eventually victorious and received a $93,000 payout before shifting her focus towards advocating for social justice.
Ms Eaves said the key message in her raw autobiography was to: 'just be un-apologetically who you are'.
The blonde-haired woman and former pageant winner recalls the constant torment she faced as she questioned her self-worth and intelligence.

'Being in that industry, you get the eye rolls, she must be a bimbo,' she told Daily Mail Australia.
'There I am walking into court against this huge legal team and you know I had pictures of Oprah Winfrey glued onto my legal folders and they were just in hysterics, they thought I was just a joke.'
Despite fears of prominent legal professionals thinking she was 'coo-coo,' Eaves was the first woman in the country to win a self-represented case of its kind.
Eaves, who had been forcibly removed from her home while heavily pregnant and arrested for an alleged traffic incident, recalled the life-changing incident.
'When you're physically in a confrontation and you're face to face with a man, the odds are against you,' Eaves said.
'You add to that, an officer that has a gun and a taser and handcuffs and a grudge, the power imbalance is enormous and It's frightening.'
The incident pushed Eaves into a downward spiral where she claims she hit rock bottom and was forced to call Lifeline.
'I couldn't help what that police officer did to me and it was horrific and it changed my life,' she said.
Queensland police officers viewed Eaves' personal details more than 1,400 times after she was found guilty of a few traffic fines over a decade ago.
The confronting realisation still lives with Eaves to this day as she questions the integrity of police officers in Queensland.
'They're invisible enemies, I don't even know if they're driving next to me on the street or if they're sitting in the coffee shop next to me,' she said.
'I've got one officer who's been looking me up for six years.'
Eaves launched the lawsuit against the Queensland Police Service after her Right to Information request allegedly revealed more than 200 officers had viewed her personal file more than a thousand times between 2006 and 2016.
In October 2017, the Ethical Standards Command (ESC) determined that not a single officer would be charged for going through Eaves' personal details.
Eaves says her novel is full of tools to help readers who have ever doubted themselves.
Despite her personal worries about not being pretty or smart enough, she hopes the book will inspire women and young girls to realise that they are more than enough and capable of victory.
