Seeking detail-oriented Billing Specialist with 5+ years of Big Law experience to join a fully remote team.
Requirements:
* Strong billing experience within a large law firm
* Proficiency in Aderant or Elite 3E (required)
* E-billing expertise and ability to manage high-volume invoicing
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
What You’ll Do:
* Prepare and edit invoices
* Handle e-billing submissions and resolve issues
* Partner with attorneys and finance teams
* Support collections and billing compliance
