🧾 Role Overview
You will be responsible for invoice management, contract compliance, and financial tracking for fiber optic deployment projects 🌐.
Your main goal is to prevent revenue leakage 💸 by ensuring all field work is properly documented, validated, and billed accurately.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
👷 ♂️ Production Review
* 📋 Check daily field reports and subcontractor timesheets
* 📏 Validate installed quantities (fiber, boring, splicing, etc.)
🧾 Billing & Invoicing
* 💻 Prepare and submit high-volume invoices in client portals
* ✅ Ensure billing packages are complete and accurate
📑 Contract Compliance
* 📊 Verify billing against contract terms and unit rates
📦 WIP Tracking
* 🔍 Monitor unbilled work and missing documentation
* 📬 Follow up to avoid delays
🤝 Reconciliations & Disputes
* 🧾 Review subcontractor invoices
* ⚠️ Resolve billing discrepancies and rejections
🧰 Requirements (Must-have)
* 📊 2+ years of experience in billing or construction
* 📡 Strong experience in telecom or construction industry (mandatory)
* 🌐 Advanced English (C1)
* 📈 Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
* 💻 ERP systems (Sage 100/300 or QuickBooks)
