Lorde is giving her fans “Solar Power” where the sun don’t shine.
The 24-year-old musician from New Zealand went bare down under for the artwork for her new project, “Solar Power,” showing off her backside in a beach photo released Monday.
Her official website shows the perky peach pic alongside a message to fans: “ARRIVING IN 2021 … PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.” The site also gives a link to sign up for a newsletter for updates about the forthcoming album or single, which was not specified.
Lorde’s sophomore album, “Melodrama,” was released four years ago, and fans have been speculating new music from the Grammy winner was imminent.
It’s been radio silence on the “Royals” singer’s Instagram and Twitter accounts, apart from a few posts from several years ago. But fans were abuzz Monday after seeing her bountiful booty on their timelines.
“lorde doing hot girl summer solar power, billie eilish doing coming-of-age budding sensuality, the great portended wave of Peak Earnestness is nigh,” one fan commented .
“when Lorde said she was going to disappear into the sun, she meant it huh,” another fan joked , citing lyrics from her song, “Liability.”
As reported by Vulture , Lorde told fans in May 2020 that she was working on new music, a process delayed by the painful death of her dog.
“As I get older I realise there’s something to be said for the pleasant feeling of waiting for something of quality to become available to you,” she wrote at the time.

The actress, 26, stood with her arms and legs wide while perched on top of a power boat in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Thursday. With a tiny green bikini revealing her sexy body, the beauty appeared to be enjoying every second of her getaway with her boyfriend, Austen Rydell.
This comes after it was revealed the daughter of Carrie Fisher will be appearing in the next Star Wars film, The Rise Of Skywalker.

Billie has appeared as Lieutenant Connix in the first two films in the Star Wars sequel trilogy: The Force Awakens (2015) and The Last Jedi (2017).
Her late mother,Fisher, played Princess Leia in the Star Wars anthology, which included reprising her role in the last two installments.

Earlier this month, Lourd honored her mother on Star Wars Day, May 4, by posting a photo of the mother-and-daughter duo from 2015 along with a caption of emojis that plays on the date and a key line in the original film.
It translated to 'May the 4th be with you,' which is a play on 'May the force be with you.'
Fisher died In December 2016, at the age of 60, four days after she had a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles.
Along with Star Wars, Lourd is also known for her role in the Fox horror comedy series Scream Queens (2015-2016) and the FX horror anthology series American Horror Story (2017-present).
She's currently out promoting the Olivia Wilde-directed comedy film Booksmart that premieres in the US May 24.

To me, this Billie Lourd’s best performance in the American Horror Story universe. She really brought her A-game in the AHS spin-off, especially in the final moments. She would make an excellent Catherine Tramell if they do a Basic Instinct prequel series.
The final few minutes of AHS: Baal were Billie Lourd’s finest hour. Should their be a Basic Instinct prequel series, Billie would be perfect as Catherine Tramell in her younger years as I always believed Billie invoked Sharon Stone in the episode’s ending.
