A porn star has died after falling to his death from a hotel after drinking all day, according to reports.
Popular American actor Bill Bailey fell from the fourth floor of the hotel he was staying at after reportedly enjoying an all-day booze session.
A police report said Bailey, 38, was with his girlfriend AJ Applegate in Mexico City for the 'Expo Sexo y Erotismo 2019' ('Sex and Eroticism Expo 2019').
The adult performer fell over a railing at the Hotel Grand Prix on Rio in Mexico City.
Talent agent Randy Quintata told AVN he was on the scene following the accident and that Bailey had been drinking all day.
He said Bailey tumbled over a railing in the stairwell of the the fourth floor and plunged all the way to the ground parking level.
Emergency services were called straight away because Bailey was killed on impact, he said.
"We talked to the US Embassy... we spoke to the family; we kept them in the loop," Quintana said.
"The US Embassy questioned everybody; they got the cameras; there was no foul play - it was an accident.
"It looks like after they get [Bailey's] passport, two or three days later they're going to go ahead and send the body with the family. They're coordinating with the family. I got the family in touch with the U.S. Embassy."
Making a statement on behalf of Bailey's girlfriend, Quintata said: "AJ would really love privacy right now, so if maybe our peers could not [offer condolences] on social media, it would help her during her time of mourning, while she makes arrangements with the family."
The Secretariat of Public Security said: "A 29-year-old woman from Florida in the US who was staying in the same hotel as her boyfriend, the victim, said that they were both in Mexico for professional reasons and to visit the sex expo.
"She also said that she is a porn actress and claimed that her boyfriend had been drinking all day."
Local authorities cordoned off the area as forensic workers searched for evidence.
Hotel staff were interviewed and the police confirmed that an investigation into the porn star's death is underway.
Bill Bailey served in Iraq before working in the porn industry and he has reportedly appeared in over 2,000 adult movie scenes.

The star, 38, was declared dead in the early hours of Monday morning after plummeting from the fourth floor of the swanky Hotel Grand Prix in Mexico City.
Local reports claim Bailey - who appeared in over 2,000 adult films - was involved in a blazing row with a pal shortly before he fell.
He was reportedly visiting a Mexican sex festival with his porn star girlfriend and several pals.

Bill Bailey (born September 2, 1938), is an American actor and author, primarily providing supporting roles in film and television throughout the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. He appeared in Superman (1978), Superman II (1980), and Haunted Honeymoon (1986), as well as a number of British television programs including Yes, Prime Minister (1987), Jeeves and Wooster (1992), and Agatha Christie's Poirot (1993). [1] He has also narrated an abridged version of Herman Melville 's novel " Moby Dick ".

A number of Internet databases have misattributed his work to the British comedian Bill Bailey . [2]

Bailey was born in a small rural town in North Carolina and attended Sanford Central High School. [3] He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1960 with a degree in philosophy, spent some time in the US Army, and then as prison guard in Canada. He married a Texan heiress, and moved to Houston, Texas where he managed a ranch and took part in motorbike scrambling and sports car rallying. He worked as a bouncer, and later organised the first white collar union in the US meat-packing industry . [3] Soon after taking up acting he moved to London in 1968 and within a year of his arrival he became the first full-frontal male nude on the British stage at the Almost Free Theatre , London. [4] [5] He has acted in film, television and on London's West End stage. [3]

He is the author of seven published books, most notably Taping Whores (2004).
