Bilingual UKG Ready Functional Consultant

We’re hiring a Bilingual UKG Ready Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting UKG Ready solutions in client-facing environments.
This role is focused on requirements gathering, solution validation, UAT execution, and supporting a global UKG Ready rollout across multiple regions.
Contract (12+ months)
100% Remote + International Travel
Phase 1: 15–20 hrs/week (~first 2 months)
Phase 2: 40 hrs/week (full-time)
Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory)
What You'll Do
* Lead and support UKG Ready implementation activities
* Gather and document business requirements
* Translate requirements into functional solutions
* Validate system configurations and business processes
* Coordinate and support UAT activities
* Manage defect tracking and issue resolution
* Facilitate workshops and client meetings in English and Spanish
* Support go-live and post-production activities
* Deliver end-user training sessions across regions
Technical Requirements
* Hands-on experience with UKG Ready implementations or support
* Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
* Experience validating system configurations and business processes
* Strong experience supporting and executing UAT activities
* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
* Experience working with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, or HRIS solutions
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions
* Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory)
* Availability for international travel (~2 trips per quarter)

* Experience across multiple UKG Ready modules
* Experience with HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or HRIS platforms
* Experience in multi-country implementations
* Experience supporting multi-wave rollouts
* Background in enterprise consulting environments
