About the Role
Flexteem LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Bilingual Spanish-English Virtual Assistant to support a U.S. healthcare/dental client.
This is a remote, part-time role. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in English and Spanish
* Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
* Follow up with patients by phone, text, or email
* Assist with insurance eligibility and benefits verification
* Document patient interactions accurately in the system
* Support administrative tasks using healthcare or dental software
* Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA-compliant communication at all times
Qualifications
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
* Strong phone communication skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Own laptop or computer in good working condition
* Quiet and professional home office environment
* Available to work during U.S. business hours
* Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn
* Previous experience in healthcare, dental administration, call center work, or virtual assistant work is preferred but not required
Compensation
* Paid in USD
* Part-time remote position
* Final compensation will be discussed during the screening process and will depend on experience, language proficiency, healthcare/dental background, and interview performance
