Property Accountant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We're looking for a Bilingual Property Accountant to support residents, manage leases, oversee collections, and keep property operations running smoothly for a US-based property management team.
What You'll Do
* Be the primary contact for residents in English and Spanish.
* Process lease agreements, renewals, and rent increase notices.
* Track lease expirations and manage renewal timelines.
* Handle collections, payment plans, and late payment follow-ups.
* Coordinate eviction documentation and communication with attorneys and internal teams.
* Manage tenant records using AppFolio or similar software.
* Coordinate vendors and maintenance requests.
* Maintain reports, invoices, and documentation using Google Sheets or Excel.
What You Bring
* 2–3+ years of property Accountant or tenant-facing leasing experience.
* Experience supporting US-based clients or property management companies.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software.
* Strong knowledge of leases, renewals, collections, payment plans, and eviction coordination.
* Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills and experience with e-signature tools like DocuSign.
* Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling high-volume tenant communication.
Preferred: Based outside the US, ideally in a Spanish-speaking country.
