Natasha Crown wore see-through attire and told fans she'd been "booty building".
The Swedish star, who has had five bum lifts in recent years, flashed her undies in a pair of nude trousers.
She paired the revealing bottoms with a matching long-sleeved top and minimal accessories.
In a sexy snap posted online, the 27-year-old turned away from the camera to give followers a better rear view.
She swept her long locks to one side and pouted towards the lens with bright red lipstick on.
Fans went wild for the racy snap – with many taking the time to leave a comment.
One commenter said: “Bootyful times a trillion.”
Another swooned: “What a booty babe.”
A third wrote: “I love you darling and your figure.”
And a fourth added: “I love this post.”
Despite the gushing comments, some fear Natasha has taken her plastic surgery obsession too far.
Previously, an Instagram user said: “Why are you so obsessed with your a***?
“You do realise that in 10 years time you are gonna so regret this.”
And another asked: “What is wrong with people being happy with the body they have instead of deforming it?”
Despite the criticism, Natasha is unlikely to tone down her look any time soon.
Talking about her wish to have the world's biggest booty on YouTube earlier this year, she said: “I’m going to have the world's biggest bum. That’s my goal and I’m going to reach it.
“When I was 20 years old, I did my first surgery and it was a BBL.
“I did my last Brazilian butt lift one month ago and that was fifth."
