Big Data Developer is an international company moving to Munich, Germany. Our company is engaged in innovative technological solutions in the field of Data Science / Big Data Development.

We invite a developer / architect who is interested in working in the field of Big Data. Together with other team members to develop, automate and implement new solutions.

Employment: Full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. Saturday, Sunday - days off.

Salary: 60 - 80 thousand euros per year (before taxes). The final salary level is negotiated at the interview. The interview takes place on Skype.

TASKS:

Development and implementation of integrated Big Data solutions

Work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, OpenStack)

Process Automation (Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Elastic stack)

Work with control and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Nagios)

Communication with customers / clients. We develop solutions in close cooperation with our customers, who accompany us from the very first day - from the initial idea to the final product.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge / Experience with distributed computing technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Hadoop

Experience with container orchestration like Docker, Mesos, Kubernetes

Experience with programming languages such as Java / C ++ / Python / Scala / Go

Experience with version control tools (Git or others)

Experience with Unix and Shell

Proficiency in English is intermediate to upper intermediate. Desire and desire to learn German up to level B1 and higher!

DESIRE:

Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, OpenStack

Experience with noSQL Databases / ElasticSearch / Solr

Experience in automating workflows

Experience with Ansible / Chef / Puppet

Experience with CI / CD, for example with Jenkins

Experience with Microservices
