敦促国会阻止拜登政府给阿富汗籍人获得终身福利和成为美国公民的快捷通道

川普总统的重要法律谋士，美国第一政策机构的Stephen Miller 用10连推抨击拜登政府给国会的这一个“政府开支法案(持续决议)的附加条款”，这个附加案给所有拜登政府未经审查随意空运进美国的阿富汗籍民众与他们亲属获得终身福利和成为美国公民之路。

我先把这计划内容告诉大家。我在用周末的时间预备联系国会议员的样板信，进行阻击。

首先一个切屏显示，这样的福利的是住在任何国家的任何阿富汗人，只要是拜登政府21年7月份到明年财政年度结束，就是22年9月30号前空运进美国，就符合规定。根据定义，他们在这里并没有合法的身份。只要这个附加条款被接受，因为这是在持续决议里面的附加条款，因此每年可以更新。

下一个截图里面显示到这一个附加条款实际上取消了所有法律上的审查程序，而是让开放边境官员先生（国土安全部长）使用一个被错误命名为"欢迎盟友行动"(实际上要成为盟友没有任何必需条件)的橡皮图章认证为唯一条件。

第3截图，他们免去了一切关于福利和公共福利的法律限制，所有未经认可的阿富汗籍人都可以得到现金福利，食品劵，保险补助，公共住房等等。这些开始属于不在账本上的开支，就是国会并不需要给予预算，他们可以直接从财政部领取所需资金。

在今后的任何时间，他们的直系亲属都可以得到同样的身份和福利，这些人有了公民身份之后，可以得到福利和身份的人数会指数剧增。拜登创造的灾难又成倍地增加。

最重要的一点，这些阿富汗人到达1年以后就从国土安全部那里能得到绿卡，以后就加速成为公民开启连锁式的亲属移民。他们不要符合任何“特殊移民签证”，“庇护”，难民，“盟友”，或任何其他定义的法律身份。

如果这些条款都还不足够极端的话，这个预算还授权给国土安全部长基本上可以无条件地放弃任何法律上规定的不可允许移民的原因。就是说，任何阿富汗籍人可以绕过法律上明文规定不可以被接受移民的条款，破格被接受为永久居民。

这个条款还继续说，阿富汗籍人不仅仅是包括现在居住在阿富汗的人，而且以前曾经居住在阿富汗的人都可以算数，这就包括了超过百万的在巴勒斯坦居住的阿富汗人中的大部分。

拜登的计划是阿富汗籍的人的移民免受移民限额控制，就是说这大批的阿富汗人涌入可以不受每年移民人数总额的限制，不需要从其他的国家中腾出名额。而且给他们公民的五年排期是退回到从他们申请的时候开始，而不是从他们得到绿卡时候开始，就使他们得到公民的速度又加快了一年多。

对于一个作为极端恐怖主义温床的国家敞开边境会带来灾难。把这些阿富汗人安置在他们国家所属的地区的花费要比上述的开支预算节省得多。拜登这个计划如此的极端会让奥巴马从叙利亚移民的计划显得保守而温和。所有支持国家主权的立法者都必须阻止这个计划。

I am urging you to say “no” to the Biden administration’s riders on the Gov’t Funding Bill (Continuing Resolution) to give DHS unchecked authorities to import unvetted Afghan nationals with guaranteed welfare, and fast-tracked path towards citizenship and chain immigration.

Here are a few of the serious problems with the riders.

1.      The DHS is given basically free reign to import any number of Afghan nationals while bypassing any criteria. That is unacceptable at any other times, especially after Biden administration’s lack of recognition of the nature of terrorists intending to do US harm, or lack of resolve to protect America against enemies.

2.      Even for those Afghan nationals who deserve to be brought here to fulfill our promise to take care of our allies, NO immigrants, from ANYWHERE, for ANY reason, should be guaranteed free benefits and lifetime welfare. Even our own brave soldiers are not given such benefits. To grant such benefits to people from one foreign nation is unfair to Americans who are paying the bills and legal immigrants from all other nations as well. America is a land of opportunity, and that’s why the best of every nation came and built this great nation. Guaranteed welfare to immigrants or refugees will guarantee the destruction of our economy.

3.      The fast-tracking of their citizenship path will open the door to rapid chain-immigration. The influx of such large number of immigrants will cause severe societal problems, as has been clearly seen throughout the European nations. US will not be the exception.   

You are elected to fight hard to represent our values. These riders DO NOT represent our values. Say “no”, stop them on track.
