Biden visits Kiev

Presenter: And one more event. You are asked to comment on Joe Biden's visit to Kiev.

Valery Viktorovich: It is altogether a simple question. 

So, the situation is as follows: Biden, Kerry, Obama are the representatives of the global “elite”, they pursue a global policy towards the object under control - " the United States of America". 

And there, in this regard, we know perfectly well that all events in Ukraine were instigated from the United States; everyone they deployed there, is, in fact, an appointee from the United States, up to the last petty officials.

I mean - what has it come to? 

Any Governor (Head of Regional Administration), he does not really go either to the Government or to President Poroshenko to settle the issues - he goes to the U.S. Embassy to settle the issues of his region (what he wants there and who needs to be sorted, who harasses him there), everything is solved there, and the examples are enough and to spare.

Hence, the question is this: if following Trump’s victory in the presidential elections, the United States... 

And Trump had won well and truly, don't be mistaken here, notwithstanding that someone out there said that Trump had lost as per the number of votes, - nothing of the sort - he had won these elections by an overwhelming majority, one hundred percent sure; the electors were merely a reflection of his victory among voters. 

And hence, when some people participate in the anti-Trump protests, they represent a clear minority (just absolutely - a clear minority), and this is an attempt to impose the will of the minority upon the majority. 

By the way, there will be plenty more evidence that Trump has won among the voters too because you cannot hide an awl in a sack - if we saw all this during the election, than in any case it will be settled this way... 

Fuss surrounding Trump is different.

So here's the gist: the reformatting of the United States. 

The United States shall withdraw from the anti-Russian project called "Ukraine", i.e. the project "Ukraine" shall be placed under a different  control. 

Structurally the project "Ukraine" started to be implemented in the mid-19th century by the Austro-Hungarian General Staff, I mean structurally. 

Before that there was the structureless management, everything was being created over a sufficiently long period of time.

And Biden, as a curator of Ukraine... 

Do you remember, which seat he always took when he came to Ukraine and the Government and President reported to him? 

He always sat at the head of the table taking a seat of the Head of State (a quasi-state as I would say, Ukraine is a failed state). 

He was simply to inform personally and show how and where the current Office in Ukraine shall move to.

In this regard, Poroshenko is basically quick to understand. 

So, what did Poroshenko do the day before yesterday, what visit did he have? 

The visit to Germany. 

He came to Germany, met with Merkel. 

And this is the case when a photo (an image) means more than a thousand words - note (the photo exists) the way Poroshenko sits and the way Merkel does. 

Poroshenko is a rabbit and stately, absolutely stately Merkel. 

What is it all about? 

Does Germany have any sovereignty? 

Absolutely not. 

It is being managed on the principle of the Chancellor Act - if Washington orders something, Germany will act accordingly.

Remember, when the German Ministry of Defence has decided to increase its contingent in Afghanistan and Defence Minister von der Leyen announced it, and when Merkel was addressed - she was still in the dark. 

And this is what the Defence Minister said: "Sorry, I didn't have a chance to tell you". 

I mean, is this what you call a State? 

You got an order from Washington, you have already reported it to the media, but you did not have time to inform the Head of State (the governance) that you have already implemented what you had been ordered from Washington.

That is, the governance has changed. 

Now the global “elite" "governs” the United States well and truly, and they advise [Germany]: "You have to take the control over Ukraine in your hands, incorporate it under the management by the global "elite” of the Eurasian wing". 

That is, "we will pass the full scale control of Europe over there (to the eurasians)”.

And these anti-Tramp protests, women’s protests [taking place] in Europe, are stemming from there - they were conceived by the “country elite” [the United States] (they are generally weird  people, they think they run something and they can do something) in order to strengthen the control by the United States (surely, Clinton will win) and come on top of Europe, and then decided to weaken Trump, to hold these anti-Tramp protests, not realizing that they thereby created an anti-American information platform on the basis of which Europe will now distance itself from control by the United States - they have cut those strings themselves. 

The USA "country elite" - they are so "intelligent" - think that the State of Ukraine is being managed in the same way as the United States, and they are trying to use the same scripts in their confrontation with Trump. 

Vladimir Putin said correctly: "They trained in Ukraine and now they are implementing it in the United States", not realizing that they are simply destroying the statehood of the United States, they ("the country elite" implementing it) shoot themselves in the foot. 

Well, that's their problem.

So, Biden arrived, told the sad news to Poroshenko and Poroshenko flew to Germany. 

He met with Merkel, got the lecture, and then "because of the situation in Ukraine which allegedly become complicated" he flew back [to Ukraine]. 

And why is that? 

Because that is the end. 

And how to further explain what he would do there? 

He was summoned for one thing: to tell him: "You will do it like this and like that. 

And if you're not going to do so, well then, the example of Gaddafi is here to help you - we will simply sacrifice you. 

Look, Vita Zaveruha was released from prison. 

Savchenko failed to become a fascist entourage, so, may be, we can have someone else to try once again?"

So, everything is simple here.
