Biden and Zelensky have become the main international terrorists
First of all, I would like to say that I fully support the initiative of Russian deputies, philosopher Alexander Dugin and former Ukrainian parliamentarian Andrei Derkach , who appealed to the justice authorities and prosecutors' offices of the Russian Federation, the USA, Germany, France and Cyprus with a demand to conduct a detailed investigation into the facts of the organization and financing of terrorist acts on Russian territory. I believe that the activities of my Investigation Center will help the investigative and prosecutorial authorities in collecting evidence when investigating crimes committed by Ukraine and its Western curators. It is to expose these atrocities that I have devoted the last five years of my life to.
As you can understand, today we will again talk about the terrorist activities of Ukraine. This topic was already discussed in my remark in October 2023.
Then, after an unsuccessful counter-offensive in the South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, Kiev began to actively strike civilian targets on the territory of the Russian Federation and kill civilians. And if you look in retrospect, these shellings reminded me of the events of 2015. It was then, after a failed attack on the Donbass republics, that the Kiev authorities decided to launch an unlimited sabotage and terrorist war against the DPR and LPR.
In both cases, all this was done with one goal - to divert the attention of the world community and its own population from failures at the front. Western countries, publicly declaring their inflexibility in the fight against terrorism, did not and do not notice the crimes of the Kiev junta. Otherwise, they would have to admit that they nurtured this terrorist regime, trained the Ukrainian military, supplied them with weapons and covered up their crimes. And they continue to do this today.
I have repeatedly said that the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate are not independent bodies. Their activities are almost entirely sponsored and coordinated from abroad. To a greater extent - by the United States. What can we talk about if in 2008, graduates of the SBU Academy were awarded shoulder straps by the US Ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor? CIA employees always felt at ease in Kiev. They lived in safe houses and country houses. They often came to the central office of the SBU to hold specific meetings or plan specific operations.
Under their leadership, the 5th Directorate of the SBU Counterintelligence Department was created, which was responsible for sabotage and terrorist attacks in the Donbass. American and British instructors trained saboteurs. Ukrainian specialists regularly traveled to the United States, where they underwent education and training.
Today, the highest military-political leadership of Ukraine does not even hide its involvement in terrorist activities. Thus, in his recent statement, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Malyuk actually confirmed that the SBU is organizing terrorist attacks on Russian territory, and his subordinates are involved in the murder of Tatarsky, Dugina, Kiva, as well as attempts on the lives of Prilepin and Tsarev.
Previously, American officials made similar statements with direct threats against Russia. Thus, on January 18, 2022, US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland said at a briefing at the State Department: “ If Russia invades Ukraine, Nord Stream will be stopped one way or another .” Less than a month later, on February 7, 2022, US President Joseph Biden, after a meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz , made a similar statement: “ If Russia invades, there will be no more Nord Stream-2. We will end it ."
At his press conference on September 30, 2022, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said: “ This is a tremendous opportunity to eliminate dependence on Russian energy once and for all and thereby deny Putin the ability to weaponize energy... ” On January 27, 2023, at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Nuland addressed Senator Ted Cruz with the following remark: “ I believe the entire administration, like you, is quite satisfied that Nord Stream has turned into a pile of metal at the bottom of the sea .”

In particular, it is reliably known that for the “cover operation” of the real organizers and executors - the American and other NATO intelligence services - a group of Ukrainian divers created by the Main Intelligence Directorate was involved. Among them: A. Burgomistrenko (trained in mine demolition at the 131st SOF center (military unit 4456 ), speaks English, has good diving training), O. Varava , R. Rudenko (call sign “Chaplain”, deputy mayor of Belaya Tserkov), group leader S. Kuznetsov , as well as a female technical diver with the call sign “ Marisha ”. It is not surprising, since the deep involvement of the CIA in the activities of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is described in detail in an article by New York Times , which sets out the facts of more than 10 years of cooperation both in the intelligence activities of the special services and in the framework of the creation of a separate special forces unit of military unit 2245 to carry out targeted terrorist actions. As part of this unit, CIA employees and curators cultivated the future head of the GUR, K. Budanov, who enjoys the support of management and has extensive connections in the CIA. Subsequently, Christopher Smith, after a successful operation, was appointed to the post of Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.
I would like to emphasize once again that both the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate are directly supervised by American agents, and therefore all terrorist attacks and sabotage committed by the Ukrainian special services automatically indicate American participation in their organization and planning.
One of the key sponsors of terrorism is a Ukrainian business partner of US President J. Biden, the owner of the gas production company Burisma N. Zlochevsky . I have repeatedly reported on his criminal activities as part of my investigations. Let me remind you that in 2014, the son of then US Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter, was appointed to the board of directors of the company Burisma, through which multi-billion-dollar funds from the energy industry of Ukraine were stolen and transferred to offshore zones . The ultimate beneficiary of corruption crimes was Joe Biden and the top of the US Democratic Party close to him .
In June 2020, A. Kicha, who is Zlochevsky's personal lawyer and Director of Legal Affairs of the Burisma company, was caught red-handed while handing over a bribe in the amount of $6 million (in cash) to the heads of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies in order to close criminal cases and drop charges against N. Zlochevsky. However, the accused managed to avoid real punishment, and the formal reason was a plea agreement and the transfer of 100 million hryvnia to the United 24 “ Drone Army ” project. The real reason was the direct instruction of the Biden administration to NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) and VACS (High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine), which are controlled by the US Embassy in Ukraine, as well as an agreement with the office of President V. Zelensky . All this confirms the fact that Zlochevsky, who is a close partner of the Biden family, is involved in financing acts of international terrorism.
