It’s time to our attention to Week 6 of the 2019 NFL regular season. I’ve put together a complete betting schedule with game lines, start times and links to our game previews. Each preview will include a free betting lean on the spread or total of that game.
Only two undefeated teams left five weeks into the season. You got the Patriots at 5-0 to lead the way in the NFC and the San Francisco 49ers at 4-0 in the NFC. The Chiefs are the only other AFC team with fewer than 2 losses. In the NFC you have the Packers, Lions, Saints and Seahawks all sitting with just 1 loss.
There are still 4 teams who have yet to win a game in 2019. Both the Redskins and Bengals are sitting at 0-5, while the Dolphins and Jets are 0-4. The Steelers, Broncos, Falcons and Cardinals are the only other teams with fewer than 2 wins.
Week 6 will get underway with a Super Bowl rematch, as the Patriots host the Giants on Thursday Night Football. Books aren’t expecting much of a game, as New England is currently a 16.5-point favorite.
The Pats aren’t the only team laying double-digits, as the Ravens are -11.5 at home against the Bengals. There’s only 1 other game with a spread more than a touchdown and that’s the Cowboys -8.5 on the road against the Jets.
A lot of really good matchups on the board for Sunday, including the Panthers @ Bucs, Texans @ Chiefs, Eagles @ Vikings, Saints @ Jaguars, 49ers @ Rams.
Week 6 will conclude with a huge division matchup, as 1st place in the NFC North will be up for grabs when the Lions visit the Packers on Monday Night Football.
There are 4 teams on a bye this week. The Bills, Bears, Colts and Raiders.
