Betclic named as Official Betting Partner of UFC

As the official betting partner Betclic will support UFC, holding in the capital of France the following event Fight Night Paris.

In cooperation with Betclic, the French online gambling and sports operator, UFC made it the official betting partner in France, Poland and Portugal.

This sport was recently legalized in France, and on June 24, 2019, the French minister of sports Roxanne Maracineanu lifted a 15-year ban after a ten-year UFC campaign.

The first UFC fight took place in France in September of last year, tickets on which between Frenchman Ciryl Gane and Tai Tuivasa were sold almost immediately.

The next fight of UFC Fight Night Paris will take place on September 2 in which Betclic will take part as a partner on presentation.

It is the first global organization to which Beth Click joined, the French operator of which will be present both inside Accor Arena, and in posts in social networks UFC.

Nicholas Smith, vice-president of UFC on global partnership, said: "France is an incredibly important market for UFC.

"One of our main goals, thanks to the efforts of the company on recognition of sports in MMA, was creation of effective and substantial partnership with regional organizations.

"We expect to improve the experience of online gambling fans and bring interesting events to the upcoming Paris events."

In September on tournament UFC Fight Night Paris his native Cyril Ghana will meet with Moldovan Serge "Arctic" Spivak who will carry out fight in heavy weight.
