A bet spread tells us how many units we're willing to raise our bet to. Typically, your unit will be table minimum, and talking in terms of "units" instead of dollars helps us to standardize our play across different tables.
The general rule is 100 max bets for roughly a 5% ROR. So you'd need a 1200 unit bankroll for this spread. If you split your bets 50/50 your bankroll for the same ROR will be slightly less. If you split your bet to two hands of 73% of your original bet, your ROR stays the same 1200 units.
