Исследования человеческого роста, проведенные в Токийской Исследовательской Лаборатории Национального Департамента Здравоохранения при правительстве Японии, показали, что в человеческом организме есть зоны роста, которые открыты и после преодоления человеком совершеннолетия.    В соответствии с проведенными исследованиями были зафиксированы реальные факты изменения антропометрических данных за счет роста межпозвоночных дисков в поясничном отделе у молодых людей в возрасте до 30 лет, - говорит доктор Ичиро Ковагучи, старший научный сотрудник исследовательской группы Токийской Лаборатории. Наши наблюдения показали, что диски, состоящие из губчатой ткани, в этой части позвоночника обладают высокой пластичной способностью видоизменяться и перестраиваться под воздействие инверсионных нагрузок.
Почему именно инверсионные нагрузки? Влияние гравитации на человека бесспорно. Постоянная составляющая гравитационного поля – сила тяжести действует на человека с момента рождения, практически, на все мышцы и связки ни на секунду не оставляют в покое суставно-связочные и костные структуры позвоночника. Даже во сне, когда действие гравитации значительно снижено, не наступает полного восстановления этой сложной системы. Позвоночный столб является главной опорой человеческого тела в условиях гравитации. Скелет с большими и малыми мышечными пластами, связками, суставами, которые обеспечивают вертикальное положение тела, удерживают на своих местах внутренние органы грудной и брюшной полостей. В позвоночнике находятся нервные центры, управляющие механизмами самообновления всех органов и тканей, гормональной, иммунной системы и других жизненно важных функций.
Некоторые молодые люди, да зачастую и взрослые, хотят изменить свой рост. Из них подавляющее большинство стремятся стать гораздо выше своих сверстников. При этом следует отметить, что молодые люди, рост которых заметно ниже, чем у сверстников, в большей степени подвержены психологическому прессингу со стороны последних, в связи с чем нередко возникает опасность развития у них стойких психических и социальных патологических отклонений.
Все вышесказанное, хотя и в значительно меньшей степени, следует отнести и к взрослым. Рост – проблема скорее социальная, нежели метрическая. К сожалению, большинство взрослых этого недооценивают или же просто не понимают. Вот почему мнение окружающих о достаточности роста, как правило, воспринимается теми, кто хочет подрасти, не адекватно. Проведение занятий по увеличению роста без знания особенностей строения тела и его физиологических и физических возможностей могут принести безусловный вред, и такие случаи, к сожалению, нередки даже в среде преподавателей физической культуры и профессиональных спортсменов, медицинских работников. Занятия по методике в ранних возрастных периодах (при открытых зонах роста) нередко позволяют увеличить рост на 15-20 см дополнительно к естественному. При закрытых ростковых зонах (в старших возрастных группах) на 6-10 см! Calling all ballers! With temps in the low 90s (but feeling much hotter) stars from the worlds of music and Hollywood lived out their hoop dreams during the Celebrity Basketball Game presented by Sprite. A huge crowd turned out to watch Chris Brown lead the Lime team (Black team) in a blowout victory over the Lemon team (White team). But we were all winners: The game was a fun affair that saw high-flying dunks, hot music and more. Click on to see your favorite stars ball out!
