I definitely agree on Hibiki. I'm not sure if debut Hibiki would even classify for a 'diamond in the rough'. Couldn't agree more about Hibiki Otsuki. It's crazy to think that now in 2021 she looks the best she has ever looked imo even though she's been in the industry for so long. Mako Oda and Hitomi are my favorites, and I can only agree with your praise. Amazing how they hold the slim line and how their breasts stay firm and how they get more beautiful with maturity, which also shows in their bewitching performances. I wonder how much of the differences in their appearances are aging, and how much are: different hair style, different hair color, different make up, losing weight or gaining weight and then plastic surgery.Someone I think has aged well is Yuri Honma. If you compare her to when she went under the name Tsukasa Aiuchi it looks like she lost weight but only in her face. Because her body is still rather thick. So I don't know if it's just aging and weight loss or she did something to her face as well. She looks amazing now.And another one is Yuu Shinoda. Again with her she changed up her look quite a bit from when she debuted and I'm curious as to what exactly she did. But again, she looks much better now.

Your statement about still having a thing for Julia even when she's 50 reminds me of the massive softspot I have for the one and only Yuko Kuremachi. Yuko Kuremachi is hands down my favorite older women jav actress, she was 47 years old when she debuted in 2012. For the sake of this post, we're only considering actresses who meet the following criteria:
Considering the strict criteria we have I thought it would be fun to start off with some names that didn't make the cut.
Aki looks great and has since her debut. She was definitely the kind of MILF you want to see debut, where she certainly has some maturity to her but also still looks fantastic. She debuted at 35 and when she retired just shy of 40 she looked just as good as ever. I don't know about you but at 40 I don't think about women looking quite this nice. Hell, you can see just as much maturity in women 10 years younger than her. If Aki isn't someone proving that age is just a number then I don't know who is. Aki unfortunately missed the list since she hadn't been around for 10+ years, not to mention the fact that she's retired.
Aika Yumeno is one of the first names that comes to mind, holy hell is she looking fantastic these days. Seriously, maturity has done wonders do Aika over the years. That's not to say she wasn't great before but honestly I think she just keeps looking better and better. Unfortunately for this list she's still under 30 (and also hasn't been in the industry 10+ years), which is why she missed the list, but considering how great she looks I can't wait to see her when she does turn 30.
Meguri is someone I have consistently listed as the prettiest actress. I think she's absolutely amazing and she looks fantastic, even now in her early 30s. Early Meguri is still pretty but I think there's a night and day difference from where she started. Personally, around four of five years after her debut is where she crossed this line of "holy moly is she pretty" and has remained stunning since. She easily would have made the list had I considered her an active actress; her last release was well over a year ago and she's just kind of coasting these days, not really sure if she wants to go back or not. She still does these Fanza live chats and there's hopes for an eventual return, but for now she's just not what I would call active.
Yui is one of the most famous names in all of JAV, perhaps a contender for best of all time. When I look back on her early career, well, she definitely didn't look like she does today. She's definitely gotten a lot better with age, especially when comparing to her debut. Even if Yui isn't someone that comes to mind for me when I think about the most beautiful women in JAV, she definitely comes to mind as someone who still looks great. That's really worth its weight in gold, being able to keep this up for such a long time while doing so many videos, and not just keep her looks but look even better. Especially with Yui showing no signs of leaving any time soon I'll be very interested to see what happens when she turns 40.
Like Yui, Arisa also wasn't someone I had immediately thought of when I started this list, but I'm glad I came around to her because Arisa looks great these days. You can definitely see how maturity has affected her, and certainly sure does look more mature compared to her early days. That being said, I think she looks better than she ever has nowadays. Much like many others on this list, keeping her banging body and looking even better made her a fairly easy inclusion on the list.
Early Ayaka was definitely a bit rough around the edges. By the middle of her career she had become quite attractive, but later on in her career hot damn has she become nice. She's got a solid look that screams youthful MILF, exactly the thing I love. While I've certainly watched some of Ayaka in hear earlier days she's grown on me a lot more lately, particularly because of how nice she's looked as she's aged. Ayaka's definitely straddling the line between youthful and mature and I absolutely love it. It's this perfect look that would let her play all sorts of roles, and even though she's now at Dhalia (who tends to do MILF things) she's been fitting in right at home and doing wonderful things.
Minori is someone I absolutely think has been getting better with age. Some people might not agree with my opinion but I think she looks as good as ever these days and she's 34 years old (edit: updated to reflect her correct age). I'm sure some will argue and say that prior to her retirement was peak Minori, and while I respect that opinion it just isn't something I agree with. I guess for me part of it is just that when you see that subtle hint of maturity it changes things. Suddenly she's not just "a hot woman" she's "a hot older lady" and those are far more rare. I've been loving her redebut and if she can keep up her looks like this I'll be excited for years to come.
Early Julia wasn't that great. There, I said it. I understand what people saw in her, truly I do, but I just can't bring myself to watch that content. As she's gotten older though, holy hell did she become stunning. I wouldn't even question you if you said she was objectively the prettiest actress in the industry in the middle of her career, peak Julia was amazing. These days Julia's age is certainly catching up to her, but not in a bad way. Yes, you can see the maturity in her but that doesn't mean she isn't still banging. It's probably not mentioned all that often but Julia's said she wants to stay in the industry as long as she possibly can, even when she's a frail old lady. I don't know about you guys but when Julia turns 50 I'll probably end up developing a thing for grannies.
Say what you will about my bias for Hitomi but if there's one thing that's true it's that over a dozen after her debut she still looks great. I will admit that during her debut she wasn't anything more than a pair of huge tits but she's come a long way since then. You can really see how her transformation over time has been great, becoming more and more beautiful as she ages.
