Gotta hold down back to charge both flash kick and sonic boom. This way you can react to the opponent by either controlling space or flash kick as an Anti air.
As the opponent closed the gap she saw that her walk speed and footsie were superior so she decided to use her normals which had fast start up and allowed for her to get in for tick throw.
Once throw was initiated, She mashed those buttons to get most damage out of that situation, causing crumple state. She then went for the OTG for some extra damage, afterwards neutral was reset.
