Ben Wa Balls are small, weighted balls that are inserted into the vagina. They can be used to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which help control bladder flow and may improve sexual pleasure. The theory is that the stronger the muscles, the more intense the orgasms.
Gynecologists and obstetricians may occasionally recommend Ben Wa balls to improve vaginal elasticity and bladder control. Ben Wa balls are also called vaginal beads, duotone beads, and Kegel balls.
Before you begin to use Ben Wa balls, make sure that you have an ample supply of lubricant. If you use silicon balls, use a water-based lubricant. Apply lube to the vaginal opening and put yourself in a relaxed and comfortable position.
Ben Wa balls are available in a range of sizes and materials. Some are made of metal and are naturally weighted, whereas others are made of plastic and contain metal ball bearings. Some have a silicone or nylon cord attached to them for easy removal.
Other recommendations to strengthen pelvic floor muscles may include:
Toning these muscles will provide you with a variety of benefits, including the ability to climax more easily and with greater intensity. Begin with a single Kegel ball and work your way up to a double Kegel ball for greater control and intensity.

1.   Use the restroom before placing the balls in the vagina. 2.   Insert one ball at a time. Putting lubrication on the balls will help them glide in. Women have said that inserting the balls is similar to inserting a tampon. If you’re not used to inserting tampons or if you’re having trouble, you should lift one leg up. If that doesn’t work, try inserting them while lying down. 3.   Squeeze your leg muscles together and then your PC muscles together to hold the balls in. The balls should push down a little bit inside your vagina, and they will make your vagina feel “full”. Much like tampons, you should eventually get used to the feeling. 4.   Hold the balls inside for at least 15 minutes a day to strengthen your PC muscles. You can hold them in for hours for a better workout. 5.   If any balls slip out, wash them well with soap and water and slip them back in. 6.   There are several ways to remove the balls including: jump up and down, sneeze, cough, sit and bear down as if you’re having a bowel movement, insert lubricant to help them slide out, etc. If you think you might have a hard time removing the balls, then you may want to purchase balls that are strung onto a retrieval cord. In any case, it is not possible for the balls to disappear inside the body from the vagina. Ben Wa Ball Tips •   For beginners and those with weaker PC muscles, use plastic balls or larger duotone balls instead of metal balls. Metal balls tend to slip out of the vagina if the PC muscles are not strong enough. •   Balls constructed from latex are comfortable, but latex is hard to clean because it has porous elements. Those who wish to purchase latex balls should clean them well every time they’re used to prevent bacteria build-up. •   Some balls have a retrieval cord, which will make it easier to remove the balls from the vagina. •   Use the balls at home and do not do any rigorous physical activity because the balls will most likely slip out. Even sneezing or coughing can cause the balls to fall out. You wouldn’t want the balls to slip out while you’re in public. Once you’re able to hold them in, then it’s ok to try wearing them in public. However, keep in mind that metal balls will set off metal detectors. •   One or both balls may be worn during sexual intercourse. The balls will stimulate the penis and help increase natural vaginal lubrication. •   Balls with retrieval cords may also be inserted into the anus because they are easy to retrieve and are less likely to get “lost”. Methods to Try for Arousal •   Rocking: With the balls inside the vagina, get into a sitting position. Rock back and forth with your legs pressed together. •   Vaginal Penetration: During sex, leave one or both balls in the vagina. The penis will move the ball(s) around, so this technique will also stimulate his penis. •   Vibrator: Leave one or both of the balls in the vagina while inserting the vibrator or using it on the clitoris. •   Retrieval Cord Balls: Use the retrieval cord to pull the balls out. Push the balls back in. This will give your vagina a good workout.

All you need to know about Kegel exercises
A loose vagina test and tightening methods
Kegel exercises bring numerous benefits to both women and men, and Kegel or Ben Wa Balls make them a lot easier. You can do Kegel exercises without any tools. However, the much more effective and simpler way to do them is by using Ben Wa Balls. This instruction on how to use Ben Wa Balls is intended for women who have no experience with this specific device yet.

Gynecologist Dr. Arnold Kegel has developed pelvic muscle exercises that help with problems with uncontrolled urination of women after delivery. These exercises return the vagina to the condition before delivery by tightening the vaginal muscles and make it easier to achieve orgasm and enjoyment of it. In men, they contribute to controlling orgasms, helping with premature ejaculation and increasing erection intensity.
Ben wa balls are also referred to as Kegel balls, pleasure balls, love balls, Japanese, Burmese, Venus, or geisha balls.
Most often there are two connected hollow balls, which often have a smaller ball in it. Inner balls in your movement create vibrations that provide a very unusual pleasure.
In addition to the coupled, Kegel balls can also be a pair of separate balls or balls without strips. They are usually smaller than the coupled balls because they are intended for more experienced users whose vaginal muscles are more powerful.
As with all other sex toys, pay attention to the material from which they are made. Silicone, ABS plastic, metal, or glass beads are not porous and do not contain any harmful substances.
Like we said, Kegel balls come in two basic shapes – with a strip that makes pulling easier and as separate smaller balls. If you’re a beginner it is recommended to use lighter coupled balls of larger diameter, because your muscles will be easier to keep them from falling.
As you progress, you can increase the training with balls of higher weight or smaller diameter. The sets in which you get several balls of different weights are very popular. This kind of set allows you to step up your exercises without any further investment. Therefore it is a good idea to buy a set of Ben Wa Balls containing both of these variants.
You can get this very popular kit here. #ad The kit contains coupled beads and balls of different weights that you can also use without a strip. The balls are made from soft body-safe silicone which is a good choice. The kit comes with a lubricant for easy insertion. This is all you need for safe and successful exercises.
Before training, empty the bladder to make holding the balls easier. Apply the lubricant to the balls. Then lift up one leg and insert the balls into the vagina one by one. Make sure that the strip is standing at the bottom for easier removal.
Once you have done this, you will need to squeeze the vaginal muscles to keep the balls in place. You will be able to feel that the balls are sliding downwards. The feeling is at first a little uncomfortable, but you’ll get used to it quickly. The feeling is similar to when you have a tampon.
Once the balls are comfortably inserted, you can walk, run, swim or simply perform your daily tasks. It’s important to move around during use.
As you move around the balls will move in you and you will have the feeling that it will fall out. Your vaginal muscles will be squeezed to keep the balls – and in this way you exercise.
Beginners are advised to stay at home and not engage in intense physical activity because the balls may fall out. If they fall out, you should wash them with water and soap and insert them again. In the beginning, the vaginal muscles should be used to the beads and it is better to avoid possible discomfort.
Exercise at least 20-30 minutes a day, every day. You can increase the load by gently pulling the strap outwards and squeezing the muscles at the same time. You can hold the balls up to several hours a day.
Removing is easy – if the balls have a strip, use it to pull the balls out. If you have balls without the strip, squat and relax muscles, and remove the balls with your fingers. You can remove the balls by jumping lightly up and down or by lifting one leg. Don’t worry – the balls in the vagina, unlike the anus, have no place to “go” and when relax your muscles, gravity will pull them down.
Regular use of Ben Wa Balls has a number of health benefits and is recommended by doctors and gynecologists. Kegel exercises in pregnant women can reduce the possibility of tearing at birth and help strengthen muscle tone after delivery. In later life, they help in the prevention and treatment of incontinence.
By exercising, orgasms become more intense and more frequent, and some women claim that they have experienced their first orgasms by strengthening their vaginal muscles. Enjoyment is enhanced for both partners because exercise leads to a tighter sense during penetration. By squeezing the vaginal muscles during sexual intercourse you will completely delight your man.
The use of Ben Wa Balls is very stimulating. So, by regular use, you actively increase your sexual desire and enjoy unique stimulation.
