We worked with Bell Limo recently for our wedding weekend. We booked a car to transport several of our older guests from the airport to their hotel in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, and booked a few buses to take guests from Lake Las Vegas to the Strip after the reception. Our experience overall was quite good. We essentially wanted point to point transportation for a large number of people. Other companies, presumably with the aim of providing a "party bus", were asking exorbitant rates; close to $2000 to transport 40-50 people on a 30ish minute drive. The rates we received from Bell were much more in line with our expectations; in line with a more efficient means of getting 40 people a rideshare. Communication leading up to the event was clear and timely, via text messaging. There were two minor mishaps I'd mention that prevented us from giving a 5 star review: * We had expected the buses to depart for the Strip at 5pm. Instead, the buses arrived to start loading at shortly after 5pm, and combined with the second note below, didn't depart until after 5:30pm. Communication is a two way street, so perhaps this was partly on us, but I'm pretty sure we had stated we wanted departure at 5pm. * We had several guests with ADA needs; two mobility scooters and a wheelchair. When our two buses arrived, both drivers had believed the other driver was bringing an ADA equipped vehicle. This was certainly unfortunate, but while the drivers were frustrated with the situation, they were nothing but supportive of us, and said they'd find a way to make it right. Since our guests were able to board the bus on foot, the drivers manually loaded the scooters and wheelchair onto the buses, and then helped unload and set them up at our destination. So while it could have been a problem, they did what they needed to do to make it right, and it didn't cause any problems. The disparity of reviews here is odd and surprising. For our purposes, it was a generally good experience that suited our needs.
rent a limo (the best they had) I did everything a week before, on Saturday hours before surprising my girlfriend they called me and told me that the limo that I had paid for (paid everything before) was not available and they offered me a limo for 6 people when the one I paid for it was for 14 It's a shame really, it's been 3 days and I still don't have my $350 back and I hope they pay me back, they kill my girlfriend surprise , I wanted to propose marriage this is not a serious company, it is just a group of poorly organized amateurs, I will never call them again in my life
Our driver, Sam, was wonderful. Arrived right on time, was beyond kind, drove very safely, and took our "drive thru wedding" seriously. He even signed as our witness! We had some extra time so Sam drove us to the Las Vegas Sign, took us to the front of the line and took our photos. Sam made our special day even better! Impeccably clean vehicle. 1st class service!
Let me first start by saying the limo in the picture was broken down! Sooo...we booked Bell Trans limo online months ago to take our group of friends to dinner. The online booking process is easy and you prepay for your service. It's about $80 an hour. When the limo arrived the loaded us in and then could not get it started...ok things happen I totally understand...the limo driver said he contacted an additional limo to come pick us up and it would be about 10-15mins....35 mins later they showed up at which point we were behind for our evening plans. Part of our 1hr service was to ride down the strip...that did not happen either due to the delay...my biggest issue was NO communication. I tried to call to figure out what was going on and could not reach a live person. When the new limo came they seemed like they did not no what our plans were. We paid for an hour but only got about 20 mins. Of service out of it...also nobody to follow up with after service has been complete...when I call their business number it is for bookings only. The reason I booked them originally was the upfront pricing and ease of booking...so not expect anything after that though...2 stars for getting us from point A to points B.
If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a shared shuttle for my trip. I arrived at 1230 AM. Prior to arrival, I called the number listed and of course you cannot get a live person. I texted the dispatch number and got a reply almost a day later. Because I arrived late at night, they were closed at the ticket booth. I texted the dispatcher and called when I arrived. No one answered. I called at least ten times and texted the same. No reply. I tried to follow the instructions on the window but the shuttle never came. The service and response time is horrible and the instructions suck and are hard to follow. I want a refund. I stood outside for almost an hour in Vegas at 1230 AM. The least you can do is answer a text. Do not use them or you will be standing outside waiting with the homeless people sleeping on the airport benches.
Paid to have them pick up a bachelorette party and they charged for an extra half hour cause the luggage took to long. I emailed and they told me read the terms and conditions. There were 8 females waiting on luggage. Go with anyone else as this company is horrible!
They're right outside Terminal 1, door 8.. Get in line buy oneway or roundtrip ticket, pay then go to loading area just a few feet away. Shuttle loads people for all local hotels and resorts. Pick up is very time accurare. Vans are air conditioned and the nice & friendly drivers are mindful when loading and unloading luggage. This is the best way to go. $30 roundtrip. I tipped $5 to the drivers. Highly recommend.
LAST MINUTE booking with them since another company double booked me and cancelled me 3 hours to my departure! Kim was the agent that booked me and reassured me I will be taken care of! Communication via email and text was very convenient. My flight was 2 hours delayed and the constant communication kept me at ease - mind you the delay was 2 hours in the wee hours of the morning! I landed and our Driver - Julius was awaiting! He texted me and told me he was at baggage claim waiting for us! IMPRESSED! He even mentioned my request for an In and Out run but it was closed and asked if we wanted to make any other stops. Very considerate but at 2am with delays we were ready to be at our hotel. This company saved me and catered to ALL my needs! Def would consider them again and recommend to others!
Booked with Bell Limousine back in June 2021 for my wedding in October 2021. I booked them because the shuttle driver at the Las Vegas Airport in the Economy Lot told me that Bell Limousine had a pretty sick party bus. Then after reading the reviews I thought okay not bad and whenever I leave the airport from work I always saw their transportation shuttles there to pickup people.. So I thought why not, they seem pretty reliable? Little did I know I was completely wrong... Couple days before the wedding I called to verify the shuttle times for pickup and everything (call at night when they aren't as busy in the day if you're trying to get a hold of this company, it's impossible to get a hold of them I the daytime). The representative on the phone gave the all the reservation times back to me and everything seemed to be in order for the wedding October 8, 2021. We got 6 trips with this company: Super Limo (8 pax) for $111.76 4 Shuttles (31 pax) for $133.10 each Limo Party Bus (24 pax) for $310.65 Total with gratuity we chose to add was $954.81 18 minutes before my Super Limo was suppose to pick me up, my fiancé had received the text attached in these photos. He instantly was confused because we weren't landing from a flight. So he called Bell Limousine. When they answered they told my fiancé they were trying to find another limousine and had him on hold for 20-30 minutes. Luckily the shuttle driver from one of the 31 pax bus had called my fiancé earlier and told him he was there at the Vdara early so that driver was relaying messages to my fiancé from Bell Limousine. Everything was basically ruined at this point. All my guests were waiting outside and already boarding the shuttle. My first look with my father was ruined since he was waiting downstairs in the lobby for the shuttle. We were late to my wedding which in turn made me request the photographers and videographers to stay a little longer since we were backed up on time. We had to spend extra money on that. I wrote them an email and they never responded. I gave them a chance to make their mess up right and they didn't. Then at the end of the night when the party bus came it was cool and all. They stocked it with ice so you can make your own mixed drinks. But the bluetooth would not work for crap! It was a crap radio system so for the 2 hours of the rental, half the time we had no music. The driver would try to use his phone but the bluetooth would go in and out, he was using YouTube so we would get ads. This company is such crap... Anyways moral of the story is, if you are looking for something reliable don't pick this crap place. If you have a wedding or need someone you can trust this place will end up really ruining your special day. They never responded to email so the next day I called to complain and all they offered us was a 20% discount on our Super Limo. WTF we don't need your $20 back from your crap service. Also the driver that drove me was the sweetest, but they called him last minute to do my ride to my venue. He said he was almost back to the Bell Limo lot to park his limo. He also said this place was so horrible that after this ride he was putting his 2 weeks in. That's how bad this place is, when their employees even want to leave. DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE. IT IS CRAPPPPP!!!!!
Absolute criminals. I booked and paid in full. Then they extorted me for more money after I called to confirm. This place is criminal. I'm disputing charges with them and never will use again.
