The sauciest shot from the campaign sees the 19-year-old perched naked on a chair, while covering her bare breasts with her hands.
Wearing her vibrant tresses slicked back, Bella wore little more than a pair of sexy, patent heels and a diamond bracelet.
Posing with her arm across her chest, the singer risked a nip slip after foregoing clothes and, despite the fact she looked amazing, she revealed to her 16.2 million Instagram followers that she still has major insecurities.

Meanwhile, on the cover, Bella flashed her nipple piercing in a sheer black top as she posed in a bath with her slender pins outstretched.
The beauty also uploaded a behind-the-scenes video from her shoot, in which she writhes around in lacy knickers and suspenders.
“I specifically asked for no retouching on this photo, and lemme tell you I have insecurities, about pretty much everything,” Bella commented online.
She continued: “You might look at this photo and think, ‘Oh shush Bella’, but just know every time someone looks in the mirror they simply don't see what everyone else sees. Know that it's completely normal to feel insecure and it's accepted.
“As a public persona you know naturally that every time you shoot with a magazine there is always small retouching. Cuz yeah if they show my acne scars or a wrinkle in my forehead or my teeth aren't perfectly white, people will look at the photo and say, ‘No she's not perfect,’ and usually most people don't want the public trashing and I get it.”(sic)
However, Bella then added: “But f*** it, I'm here to tell you that's right, I'm not F***ING PERFECT. I’M A HUMAN BEING AND IM REAL. So hip hop your asses over the fence and GET OVER IT.”

The 19-year-old "Famous In Love" actress covers the October issue of GQ Mexico, and she posed completely nude for the accompanying racy cover spread.
Thorne is no stranger to revealing moments, so the unapologetic star's latest photos come as no surprise. On the magazine's cover, Thorne is seem lying in a half-filled tub while wearing a completely sheer dress without a bra.
"Ok this really throws my color grid off but it's worth it," she wrote about the cover on Instagram. "Thank you @gqmexico so honored."

In another photo from her cover shoot, the red-headed starlet is seen posing topless in thong lingerie, elegant black gloves and pearls around her wrist as she stares at herself in a giant mirror.
But it was a third photo from Thorne's GQ Mexico debut that turned the most heads -- and it's the one that she had the most to say about. Sitting on an upholstered wooden chair in a bathroom, the stunning actress is seen completely naked, save for a pair of strappy heels and some diamond jewelry. Her teeny waist and fit physique are on full display, which Thorne says are completely un-Photoshopped. It's something that she asked the magazine for.
"I specifically asked for no re touching on this photo," she revealed on Instagram. "And lemme tell you I have insecurities, about pretty much everything. That's natural & that's human. You might look at this photo and think oh shush Bella, but just know every time someone looks in the mirror they simply don't see what everyone else sees."

Bella Thorne has been building to this moment for weeks, hasn’t she?
The former Disney star has been trying to make it clear that she’s all grown up, taking off various layers of clothing for various social media photos and posing in her boyfriend’s boxers for a recent photo.
So anyone surprised by the fact that Bella Thorne is featured in the November issue of Playboy simply hasn’t been paying attention.
Which is too bad for you. Because Thorne has been giving us plenty of scalding hot reasons to be paying attention!
The 19-year-old actress makes like a 1970s vixen for this Playboy pictorial, with red curly hair, high-waisted pants and a red jacket that featured an ode to David Bowie printed on the back of it.
Those hoping to see Bella Thorne nude may be disappointed, of course, because Hugh Hefner’s magazine axed all birthday suit images earlier this year.
But Thorne still shows plenty of her curves and a lot of skin in the revealing pictures.
Why has she been posing in such a seductive manner online for a long time now?
"There’s this effort to try to shame a woman’s sexiness by pulling a cover over it, but I’m a woman who loves skin," she tells Playboy, adding:
"I love skin on me, I love skin on girls, I love skin on guys.
"If you’re confident enough to show off your body, you should. Be confident. It can be difficult to get yourself to focus on you all the time, especially when you’re trying to transition into who you really are, but I’m not going to change for anybody else.
(It’s maybe worth noting that Pamela Anderson covered the final nude issue of Playboy in 2015… which was the same year Thorne dated Anderson’s 20-year-old son, Brandon Lee.)

The ex-Disney star also opens up to the publication about sharing sexy photos on social media, defying her critics in the process.
"I’m not fed up with social media," she says.
"I understand it, but people like to comment on how my image is too edgy, that I’m too edgy, and on how they wish I looked. It’s a lot of, ‘Do this, don’t do that.’ To them I say, ‘F**k off.’"
Way to go, Bella! You do you, girl.
Thorne has come out as bisexual and told Entertainment Tonight this month that she won’t stop remaining true to herself at all times.
"I guess I haven’t learned the line of ‘too far’ yet, because I always do pooping snaps," she told that outlets.
"People always get after me about my pooping snaps. You know what I tell them? …I don’t give a f-ck!"
Thorne may receive some backlash for being featured in Playboy.
But as you can tell by her quotes above, she will not care.
And as you can tell by the photo gallery above, she’s now in pretty good, sort of mainstream company.
Especially now that naked photos are not involved, posing for Playboy simply isn’t a very big deal.
