The former Disney star is all grown up.
Bella Thorne is a working woman! After releasing her book Life of a Wannabe Mogul: Mental Disarray in July, her latest project has already been announced. And this time it’s NSFW.
In September, Thorne will make her directorial debut with a film entitled Her & Him. The chosen collaborator for the 21-year-old former Disney star? Pornhub. Because why not! As a part of the infamous skin site’s Visionaries Director’s Series, the film will debut at the Oldenburg Film Festival in Germany and be made available on Pornhub Premium at an undisclosed date.
“Bella’s creativity and imagination [are] personified through the course of the film, as she takes viewers on a journey of passion and desire,” Pornhub Vice President Corey Price said in a statement.
For those curious, think Romeo & Juliet goes Folsom: star-crossed lovers in a BDSM relationship that may turn deadly. In a trailer that dropped this week, the female lead searches “how to kill your boyfriend and get away with it” on Google. Sounds like a Shonda Rhimes spin-off I would like to see!
In a behind-the-scenes interview, the pansexual actress discussed what intrigued her about this project. “What inspired me to make the movie was basically thinking about this relationship between a male and a female, and this fight over dominance and how much that relates to us in our general world besides in a sexual scenario,” Thorne said.
“It was interesting because we had real life fucking on set which I had never shot before,” Thorne says. Yeah, sis, that’s usually how porn works! “Also this was my first short in general so it was quite an interesting experience to have the first thing that I ever fully directed to have so much sex in it. It is quite a fun environment.”

The 21-year-old and author of multiple books including Life of a Wannabe Mogul: Mental Disarray , has announced a film she’s been working on called Her and Him and is supposed to be a 21st-century remix of the age-old classic, Rome and Juliet . The description of the film, according to IndieWire , goes as follows:
“ Her & Him depicts an edgy twenty-something guy who stumbles upon a surprise text in his girlfriend’s phone, interrupting their morning routine and spinning everything into an out-of-control sexually charged encounter.”
The film stars adult actor Small Hands and actress Abella Danger and will make its world premiere during Germany’s Oldenburg Film Festival. Afterward, the film can be viewed on PornHub’s premium service.
The film started as a “Christmas horror movie,” as stated by Bella during the promotional video for the film, but quickly took on a life of its own (no kidding). The star also gushes about how weird it was for her first directed film to have “so much sex in it”, but that the environment was fun nonetheless.
