I think in Volume 16 Bell Cranel will be a Level 5. But not till we are a few chapters in. Because we don't want to make Executives of the Loki Familia and Freya Familia outclassed that bad do we? LOL. I think Freya will send one of her Level sixes to test Bell's new strength. And I think I can guarantee Allen will volunteer to do it. Because in the Freya Familia. Allen has always been the one who has been jealous of Bell Cranel the most. Of his Fast Growth Rate and how he is now the main objective of Freya 's Love and Affection. I think the author will give Bell a new kind of Floor Boss for him to fight. Something that is a bit more powerful than the Floor Boss Ais Wallenstein killed on her own.
If he got a Level Boost from Sanjouno Haruhime then Bell would have the same strength of Ottar and he would be able to kick the Arses of Allen and the Gulliver Brothers.

We all know Bell grows quickly but whenever he fights in a life or death situation he may recieve huge boosts via liaris freese that he normally would not recieve especially if he is emotional during that fight
Minotour fight Bell was pushed as well as wanting to win.Before the war game correct me if I am wrong but Hestia comments on Bell pre level up to hermes and his stats seem to be higher than what his level1 sheet had shown at the end of volume 3.
Further more Riveria also reads all his stats as rank s except magic which matches his sheet pre level up and with that said a level up does not just apply immediately as shown by leifya in sowrd oratoria.
Agility according to Hestia was sss and everything else was s or above. Including magic maybe post minotaur.
This would not be a huge boost but with liaris freese the boost could be even larger than before with his stats growing by 200 or more every huge fight.(Evenly with every stat not just 200 spread out)
In volume 6 Bell most likely had more stats than what was shown at the end of the volume image if that was not Bell post war game but rather pre war game bell.
Of course Hestia could have been reffering to pre war game Bell as a reference to stats but than she would have never said all his stats were s or above.
How high do you think his stats would be after 3 of these fights and a few lamptons.
Udaus possibly 1 or more round if fight is dragged out
3 rounds with the Juggurnuat(or more)When his arm got cut off is where I count that as a seperation in rounds and he will have to fight the Juggernuat once more
2 moss huge fights 1 where he was kicked off the great waterfall
and innumrable other mosters from volume 12.
and still than some in volume 14 if he is to level up there.
Anotherthing that can be said after fighting solo he also gains huge excelia for fighting alone rather than dividing it up to a group.
Another thread is taling about the ramifications of level 5 Bell already though so this is just a discussion on how valid him leveling up really is so quickly.

He can already reach lvl 5, but Hestia decided to wait given that his stats are only B and C. If we are talking about lvl 6 then he will most deffinetly reach it by defeating Asterios. Fighting Udeasus would be stupid, kind of repeating what Aiz did. Asterios is lvl 7 monster but Bell has 'Ox slayer' skill which gives him a powerful boost while fighting Ox type monsters. So at lvl 5 he will have a strength of lvl 6 when fighting Asterios. So it would be possible to defeat him then. It's Bell story after all, there is no need for him to do something Aiz already did. Let him go on his own adventure.

He can fight Allen but I don't think he'll fight the Freya family.

All elite warrior Freya family can defeat Bell easy. Bell can have lvl 6 It won't matter much.
I mean this to their members like Allen, the Pallum and the Elves, and it can be too that Freya makes them fight to prove his strength or that when she wants to get it she would attack his familia to make him leave the Hestia Familia as a thread and to protect his friends he will need to fight against them. I meant it as self defense in one of these scenarios not that he started it, also Bell doesn’t know everything that she had done for him

Freya have Allen lvl 6 have Otarr Pallum brother etc

And Hestia can't do it anything.

From what I understand Freya leaves Bell at Hestia until he is strong.
She says she can take him anytime she wants.
In fact Bell will need Freya at some point, maybe the next training session will be with Otarr after Freya forbids Ais to train with Bell.

It was never said that Freya left Bell with Hestia to becomes strong, it was because her intuition told her to wait before taking Bell.

I didn’t meant that he would fight against all of them and win, I just mean one of them(or the Pallum brothers considering they always work together) and still I don’t think he can win, at least with his actual strength

Well, if he wanted the bell right away, he would take it and be ready.
What was Hestia doing?
Nothing.
And if Bell was at level 6, he still can't do it without Loki's help.
Bell soloing both Udaeus and the Juggernaut before making his way to the 27th floor in order to rescue his party from the Amphisbaena (if they haven't taken care of it by then), resulting in him bypassing LVL 5 entirely, is a bit too much to ask for.
Even if Omori was to follow his original plan, with the series spanning twenty volumes or so, that would still leave another six volumes to fill with not much left to go on as far as Bell's growth is concerned.
Add to this the fact that most series tend to go into prolongation, and you have possibly ten-ish volumes to bring the story to its conclusion, and along with it its own set of problems...
Ryuu's addition to Hestia Familia would already be obsolete, since the gap between Bell and his teammates would become too much for any single adventurer to fill, no matter how strong or talented.
Also, Bell and Ais' upcoming training camp would be quite anticlimactic, since it would be done as relative equals (with them not being able to use their respective trump cards), which may be more entertaining at the time, but would rob us of the moment we have all been waiting for since day one: Bell finally surpassing Ais to become her hero during the decisive moment, and her reaction following said realization.
As for those who say that Bell reaching LVL 5 upon his return to the surface is impossible, you have to remember that there has never been anyone like Bell before, so the rules don't fully apply to him.
Before Bell, no one had ever reached an all-S status.
Before Bell, no one had ever exceeded S-rank in any basic ability.
Before Bell, no one but Ais had ever reached LVL 2 within a year.
Before Bell, no one had ever leveled-up in a single month.
That's a lot of firsts, not to mention his plethora of rare or unique skills and development abilities, whose mechanics are yet to be fully understood, and which may or may not have a symbiotic relationship (e.g. Luck and Liaris Freese).
The most common argument against this being Bell's fight against the Black Goliath, which many expected would result in him reaching LVL 3, but only brought him to upper-middle LVL 2.
The difference between now and then is that Bell's hidden stats have had the chance to accumulate, with his agility exceeding his actual level by one, which may play a factor in him reaching LVL 5.
Also, Bell may have given the final blow, but the experience seems to have been shared amongst the several hundred adventurers of Rivira and the rest of his party, otherwise the level difference between them would have been enough for Bell to exceed the limit on all of his basic stats, if not more.
Maybe the combination of technically overlimit stats along with a deed deemed worthy by the Gods is enough to trigger a level-up, even in the absence of a D-rank basic ability...only Omori knows, and even then, he may have yet to make up his mind.
Techancly Bell has been an adveturer for half the time it took Aiz to reach level 2 from level 1 and he is almost certanly gonna reach 5 verry soon to. So he may reach 6 in teh time it took for Aiz to reach 2 xD

Vol 15 came in, the expedition although ended in failure it bore magnificent fruits. Bell specifically almost died 8 times and survived the Deep Zone technically Solo hence why it explains how his status is now ready for another level up. What's so funny to me is that it took 2 and a half months for him to hit lvl 4 and Hestia noted how it's getting harder and longer for him to level up, then he goes on one single adventure and completely obliterates that remark lol.
So considering the time since the Battle of Daedalus street ended, how long has it been since Bell leveled up to 4? It can't be a month if i'm guessing right.
The author never explains how much time there is between books.
Lets say there was a week between the xeno's incident before they go on the guild quest. The book mentions Bell thinking on the walls over a couple of days. Then the mission is issued after a Denatus which is 2 days minimum, then the mission is scheduled in 10 days.
So, lets say around 2 weeks from level up the mission starts.
The mission itself only takes a day, before they return to Rivira. The murder is discovered that evening. Bell joins the search party. Lets say this is one day before they hit the 37th.
Technically, since he does no fighting for the next 3 weeks with his arm in a cast and LN 15 is set over a few weeks, That makes just under 8 weeks. He's ready to level up, but not all stats are S yet and Hestia is holding off due to the shock.
But Bell could go to level 5 after 2 weeks and 5 days by my estimate.
And then I remembered the wiki has a timeline:
Bell goes to level 4, 4 months and 10 days after meeting Hestia.
Bell is ready to go to level 5 when he wakes in the hospital 5 months and 3 days after meeting Hestia.
So 3 weeks. I was only off by a couple of days.
3 weeks, that sounds about right. He broke his own record. Man is Omori really gearing him up to reach the plateau of Loki Familia. Technically, after Bell takes the level up to 5, and considering how he SS ranks everything for four levels straight, he might even be able to fight a level 6 to a stalemate. An early level 6 with I0 stats ofc.
But yeah, even SO plot is seemingly finished, and how vol 15 ended with a forshadowing on focusing on Aiz in the main series in the future, Bell is shaped up to be able to adventure with her and Loki familia now
