Key Responsibilities
* Translate diverse content accurately between Belarusian and other languages, preserving meaning and tone.
* Write, edit, and proofread Belarusian language materials for clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance.
* Collaborate closely with AI training teams to annotate, evaluate, and refine Belarusian language data.
* Review and critique AI-generated Belarusian text, providing in-depth feedback for continuous improvement.
* Ensure all linguistic output meets established quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
* Stay updated on trends and changes in Belarusian language usage to inform content development.
* Contribute innovative ideas to enhance AI language model capabilities and performance.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Native or near-native proficiency in Belarusian, with exceptional command of grammar and stylistics.
* Proven experience in writing, translating, and editing professional Belarusian content.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for linguistic accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly.
* Experience working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
