Behind the Scenes of EVAA Protocol
Trending AppsTrending Apps: Why did you decide to launch on Telegram?
EVAA: We looked at Telegram and went, “Okay… massive audience, chats are already where people are, crypto is just around the corner — why not?”
Then we started building and realized: this is actually the fastest way to launch something meaningful without 10 layers of friction.
Trending Apps: What changed after getting into the Telegram Apps Center?
EVAA: Oh, a lot. We started seeing organic traffic daily. No ads, no growth hacks — just real users finding us through the Apps Center. It was like flipping a switch.
Trending Apps: Telegram vs Web — what performs better?
EVAA: Depends on the goal, but for engagement? Telegram wins.
People come back, use the app daily. On web, it’s more like “do your thing and leave.” Telegram is sticky.
Trending Apps:What insights did you gather about users?
EVAA: They don’t want to think — in the best way. If it takes more than a few taps, it’s already too much.
They’re fast, mobile-first, and expect instant everything.
Trending Apps: Any APIs or features that really stood out?
EVAA: Telegram Login is a game changer — literally one tap and you’re in.
Payments too. The fact that you can send and receive TON in seconds inside the app? That’s magic.
Trending Apps: How did you approach the design of the mini app?
EVAA: We kept it super close to Telegram’s native feel — so it doesn’t confuse the user — but added our own style.
Like: “Yes, it’s Telegram, but it’s also EVAA.”
Trending Apps:What couldn’t you do outside of TON and Telegram Apps Center?
EVAA: Fast crypto flows. Onboarding, transactions, identity — everything in one place.
On the web, you'd be juggling five tabs and still stuck at step one.
Trending Apps:Most unexpected user feedback?
EVAA: Someone literally said: “For the first time I get DeFi... thanks to your app (and your memes).”
We screenshotted that one.
Trending Apps: What would you do differently if starting over?
EVAA: Honestly? Launch sooner.
We waited for things to be “ready” — but the real feedback only comes once users touch it.
Trending Apps: How do you see Telegram evolving as a platform?
EVAA: It’s turning into a kind of OS for apps.
Messaging is just the entry point. Now it’s a platform — open, fast, and super powerful.
Trending Apps: How can we make DeFi understandable for, say, a housewife watching Turkish dramas?
EVAA: Haha, love this question.
Drop the jargon. Show value.
Say “you can earn while watching your show” — that clicks. Nobody cares about APYs if it’s not in plain words.
Trending Apps: What use cases will come next?
EVAA: More social stuff, community tools, P2P marketplaces...
Basically anything that feels lightweight and mobile-native. The boring old web won't cut it anymore.
Trending Apps: ny upcoming integrations?
EVAA: Yep — can’t share everything yet, but we’re talking to some wallets, analytics tools, and even lifestyle apps. Big stuff coming.
Trending Apps: Any other mini apps you admire?
EVAA: Games for the virality, Wallet for clean UX, DeDust for the liquidity.
But honestly, we love seeing indie teams try weird ideas. That’s where the fun is.
Trending Apps: What would you tell teams building a mini app?
EVAA: Don’t overthink it.
Start small, ship early, and get user feedback fast. Telegram lets you move quickly — use that.
Trending Apps: Any mistakes you’d avoid?
EVAA: Trying to be “feature-complete” from day one.
Telegram users want speed and clarity — not menus inside menus.
Trending Apps: What did being listed in the Apps Center do for you?
EVAA: It changed the game.
Suddenly we had exposure, real users, and feedback — without paying a dime for ads.
That kind of visibility is rare.
