How to connect a wallet and register on the site

The most important thing in a pirate's life is treasure. But just putting them in your pocket won’t do, you need reliable storage, protected from the weather and other pirates’ hands.
The keepers of the Pirate Code know two proven caches, these are Metamask and WalletConnect. The latter allows you to work with existing wallets, but the first one is perfect for a young cabin boy like you!

You can download Metamask for your browser and even for Android or IOS phones at https://metamask.io. After the application is installed, you will be prompted to create a new wallet, which is exactly what we need!

Come up with a super mega secret password of at least 8 characters and move on to the next step - a secret set of words! When you first register in Metamask, you will be offered a set of 12 words that you must save in any way. If you lose these words, you will also lose access to your wallet forever! Keep them safe from prying eyes, no pirate should know them. 

Done with wallet registration? Attaboy, any crew would fight to have one like you! Now it's time for the next step - you need to change your current network from Ethereum Mainnet to BSC. It's much easier than slaying the Kraken, trust Old John. To do this, click on “Add network” in your wallet settings and enter the following in the proposed fields:

Network name: Smart Chain

New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/

Chain ID: 56

Currency Symbol: BNB

Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com

These magic words have been passed down from generation to generation by every crypto pirate, so the information is not secret. By creating a BSC network, you will get access to the BNB currency, as well as the ability to connect to the game. And of course, a reliable treasury where you can store the loot!

Now all that remains is to go to the Crypto Pirates main page at https://crypto-pirates.app/ and link your Metamask with the game. Don't worry if you are prompted to choose an ETH wallet: if you did everything right, the game will automatically prompt you to change the network from ETH to BNB.
