The two men and one woman were arrested during two separate operations, the Central Narcotics Bureau CNB said in a news release on Wednesday. CNB officers intercepted and arrested a car driver, a year-old Singaporean man, along Havelock Road in the late afternoon on Monday. They recovered about g of cannabis, g of Ecstasy, g of Ice, 24g of ketamine, Erimin-5 tablets, LSD stamps and five bottles of liquid suspected to contain GHB from his vehicle. The same afternoon, CNB officers raided a residential unit near Bedok Reservoir Road and arrested a year-old Singaporean man and a year-old Singaporean woman. They recovered about 1,g of cannabis, g of Ice, tablets and g of Ecstasy, 22g of ketamine and 11g of cocaine from the unit. The amount of cannabis and Ice seized can feed the addiction of about abusers for a week, CNB added. Trafficking or offering to traffic a controlled drug is an offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act. In the latest drug bust by CNB officers on 11 November , a total of five suspected drug offenders, comprising three men and two women aged between 29 and 55, were arrested. In the afternoon of 11 November, CNB officers intercepted a vehicle in the vicinity of Siglap Road, and arrested three Singaporeans — a year-old male driver, a year-old male and a year-old female passenger. A search was conducted in the vehicle, and three bundles containing about 1,g of heroin were recovered. A separate party of CNB officers conducting observation on a residential block in the vicinity of Bedok Reservoir Road also arrested a year-old Singaporean male. Investigations into the drug activities of all the suspects are ongoing.
